Agree with you Fun on the required amounts but we probably need to to take into consideration some of the costs savings the company as made. I would guess these are substantial with the turmoil it's faced recently.

- i went to my local cinema on Tuesday at 1:30am to watch the Lord of the rings and it was dead, empty. Only me in there. Cinemas are done for sure.

I will be checking results and probably staying away from the forum for a few days until these de-rampers disappear. A balances view is always good but deramping/ramping is just pointless. I mean when i sell out of a share i never go back on a forum to post how much money i made/lost. Don't have the energy for that.

Lets be honest. Its not just cinema that is getting hammered its literally everything across the board (well most things anyway).

I'm sat on some big losses but have confidence in cineworld and many other stocks but unfortunately with whats happening in Ukraine, everything is taking a hammering.

For those who all of a sudden think this drop is debt related or cine related etc i think you guys need to reevaluate the **** the comes out of your mouth. Just my opinions.

Worst case scenario WW3 breaks out in which case many of us here wouldn't give a **** about the shares we hold. If that doesn't happen, this will bounce and you will make money.

Been invested here for some time and not planning on selling anytime soon but its funny how all of a sudden we have new posters on here deramping the share or giving their valuable input on how the share price will tumble to zero.

I mean, i welcome both good and bad opinions and this share does have both positive and negatives (like many other shares) but cmon guys, lets be a bit real when deramping? or even ramping for that sake?

Anyway, as i said, lets be realistic and in my opinion, realistically - i think we will see a steady rise in the next few months. Covid is here to stay and looks like the USA/UK have come to terms with this and will agree to live with it. Dont really care about anywhere else because our revenues are mainly generated in these two countries and even if world wide sentiment is driving the SP down, if these two major economies stay open we will be bringing in some cash. for me thats all that matters atm.

Great to discussions like this on the forum. Been here a while. Felt a bit sick yday, both with the drop and more so with all the random ppl appearing on the forum. It was diabolical to say the least.

Anyway don't feel so sick today, I've had a good night sleep and some contemplation time to get myself together.

My position remains the same, this will recover. I have got a few k in my daughters isa as well as my own. Wont be touching hers for a few years so hopefully she can buy her favourite doll houses when shes around 5/6!

Hard to justify this move other than get attention drawn away from the christmas parties etc (in my opinion).

Covid cases have gone up but deaths and hospital admissions are still flat which is a good sign in my opinion. We need to allow a steady spread of the virus for herd immunity. Survival rate for this virus is astonishing when you look at the numbers.

Hold tight, we might see a drop tomorrow because of typical market sentiment atm but this will come good.

The UK do not have those type of restriction. Infact they have no restrictions. You can have someone sat to the left or right if you, front of behind...I think you can also have someone sat on your lap as long as they've paid for a seat but you may need to sit in that dodgy back corner seat (like i used to many many years ago).

Have to agree. I started investing just over a year ago and spent a lot of time reading different articles. Motley fool (actually a fool) was always contradicting. One minute a share is a buy and throw everything at it (including wife and kids) and the next minute they release an article saying they wouldn't touch it. Guess they are always right because its one or the other...

Anyway still holding strong here, gla.
