Don’t panic…this fall in SP means very little. Quite simply when more people are buying than selling the SP rises, when more are selling than buying it falls. On positive news it rises quickly, on negative news it can fall quickly. On no news it drifts, under the force of gravity as much as anything else, nobody buys on ‘no news’, but some may sell, for many reasons, impatience being one of them.
We currently have no news and the SP is simply drifting as some investors realise their capital, find other investments or simply get bored. Nothing has changed in the last week, lots of speculation on results, potential income etc. but in reality nothing we know for sure has changed.
I see no reason to stop backing this Company, the SP may continue to drift, up and down, but as soon as we have news, it will inevitably be an adjustment. If the news is good, which I believe in the medium to long term it will be, then the SP will rise according, maybe quite quickly! In the meantime, everything else is purely speculation.

Its a funny think, it feels like the market is waiting for the H1 results before the SP can move on, but I suspect the actual figures reported will prove far less important than we might think. It is the uncertainty that is affecting the SP, whether the figures are good or bad, revenues up or down on previous forecast it really will not matter. I've seen share prices jump many times before after disappointing results are posted, takes everyone by surprise, but it is simply reporting on a previous period of trading; getting it out of the way, particularly on such a fast growing entity.
What is much more important is what the forecast figures look like; how much potential growth the board anticipate moving forwards.
It is nevertheless important to get these figures in, draw a line under them and move forward. Whatever they look like I anticipate this share price taking off, but until we get them I am not sure am a lot will happen. It's a waiting game, and for the time being it is negating all the positive RNS'.

I left for holiday 3 weeks ago and the SP at the time was 34p. Bearing in mind a previous intraday high of 42p I was predicting a sharp rise on any positive news.
There were three positive RNS'; PubGuard, AppNexus, and Epic. JW was very positive on all of these, but I accept PubGuard was a small acquisition of an unknown entity, AppNexus paved the way but in itself did not add tangible value, but Epic can surely only be described as exactly that...Epic! I had predicted that SP would rocket if either Epic or FIFA was secured. Hence I am perplexed as to why the SP has not even bounced to the previous high of 42p. I have every faith in this share, but do not understand why the price does not reflect the news. Presumably the Epic deal was not already consumed in the price at 30p? If so it was a riskier proposition when I bought than I had realised, what if we hadn't done a deal, would the price still be the same? If that is the case there is no perceived value in this news, which can't be the case? Anyone care to comment on their thoughts as to why the SP does not seem to have reflected what has been going on?

Joking apart, with the size of this market and the quality of the board this is a share that really does have the potential to go to £50. It would still only be worth about half the market cap of Tesco!
It is far more likely that it would be bought out well before that point - but who knows...when it makes a pound a share I'll be happy!

Something tells me today may be the very last opportunity to get in at under 30p. Positive news cannot be far off....
