I can only assume JD is meeting up with Classhero...following a very successful telephone conversation

Leak or not someone has been selling a huge volume of shares. I appreciate that a SP will drift on no news, and that this share was perhaps ramped a bit much (as much by JD as anyone), but this drop does not feel like a drift to me, this feels a little more contrived and I cant help feeling there is a reason behind it that we are as yet unaware of.

Trust me, if you sold your business for shares @34p and they are now 13p you are going to be a bit miffed! A bit like buying at 34p...anyone bought at 34p and still enjoying the ride?

I would imagine JD must walk into the office with his head down when he sees the Pubguard guys, as things stand he acquired their business for almost nothing...bet they are regretting what seemed like a good deal at the time.

The odd think is this share has clearly not been oversold this morning...unless there is a delayed publication...or something else?

What are you planning on saying when they put you straight through to JD? ‘Hi James, I own 0.05 % of your company and I’m really not happy,’ he’ll say ‘sorry ClassHero, I’ll get an RNS out immediately, sorry for any concern’...do you imagine something like that?

Might be helpful if JD was in less of a reflective mood ...quiet contemplation is really not what we need at the moment.

This is all a bit depressing, beginning to think we ought to write this investment off...and if it comes good it will be a nice surprise for everyone!

About two months ago I alluded to the fact JD had probably been advised to wind it in a bit, as his comments of 20x etc. were perhaps a bit irresponsible. Not everyone agreed with my view at that time, but since we have learned that by JD's own admission he recognises that he had said to much.

It seems to me that we have gone from one extreme to the other. We don't need the hype, but we do need some news!
