Thank you Wilson for providing a very useful link to an article regarding Share Profits. This was posted by Wilson63 on Sunday and for those that have not read it I think it is really worth a careful read, it explains an awful lot.
On the subject of helx, will here's an interesting one...
Between 19 Sept 2019 and today helx has only posted about BIDS, nothing else. However, between 21 Feb 2018 and 19 Sept 2019 he only posted about Centrica (CNA) nothing else, and then he suddenly stopped, completely, at this point someone saw an opportunity with BIDS.
His Centrica posts are well worth a read, here we see an investor who is holding shares, and will definitely not sell, his ‘grandchildren’ will sell the shares one day. Yet he berates the Company and talks down the SP constantly. He slates the GCE Iain Conn relentlessly, almost like he has a vendetta against him...sound familiar?
And then one day, out of the blue the agenda switches away from Centrica and on to BIDs, no mention of Centrica ever again, bit weird. Another opportunity perhaps, another job that needs doing, another share to short…this time Drapers in the firing line, no doubt in a few months it will be someone else. Check it out, to say helx has an agenda is an understatement, helx clearly doesn’t exist. This is an account being used for purpose, quite clearly perceived to be a disgruntled investor, this adds some authenticity to any argument. Quite clever to a point, but the replication clearly gives the game away.

No urgency for an RNS, hoping this gets to 10-12p before one lands...

I agree with you Wilson it is an absolute coup to have secured him on the advisory board. Anyone in doubt do your research he is as big a name as we could get. JD doing his magic again.

Helx yesterday you predicted the share price would settle at 3.5p, within 24hrs you have reviewed that by over 40% to 5p...anyone would think you were plucking figures out the air. What has happened in the past 24 hrs to be so bullish in your predictions, 40% in one day!

James Draper has come in for some harsh and largely undeserved criticism in recent months. The relentless slating, he has received on this board has been totally uncalled for, and some of those hiding behind their user names should be ashamed of themselves. James Draper doesn’t enjoy the benefit of anonymity; he is out there taking this abuse.

It is clear to me that James is telling the truth, and why would it not be possible to just miss out on a big deal that would have swung the income the other way, that happens every day in business. James does stutter a bit and is hesitant in what he says, that is hardly surprising, he must know that every word he says is analysed to the nth degree. I respect him for doing yesterday’s podcast, wouldn’t have fancied it in light of the criticism he has had to face.

I am confident this SP will recover I hope those that sold out with a barrage of abuse will not buy back in, they say they are well gone, regrettable I somewhat doubt that.

For me the last 12 months has been positive, it’s been a rollercoaster, but the fact remains that a lot of progress has been made. There is without any doubt huge potential here, everyone agrees on that, otherwise there wouldn’t be such interest. I am looking forward to a bounce back in share price, ideally to 10 - 12p, this appears to have started, and then some news to land, probably regarding a block buster game. If this triggers a further jump to say 20p then a placing would be welcome. James was honest about the need for funds and I expect this to come. At 20p this wouldn’t hurt.

Today there have been 9 million shares traded, of these over 5.5 million were recorded as buys and 3.5 million sells. It is simply not the case that everyone has lost faith with this company, more people are buying than selling.
Of the 7 million raised last year half has been spent on developing this business. I don’t know about you but I had assumed that is what the placing was for. To raise capital to spend on exactly this. It would be a bit odd if they had felt the need to raise 7 million only to still be sitting on it all a year later.
We don’t know the cash burn is 500k a month, the fact that 3 million has been spent in six months would suggest that is the average, which can be misleading. Without seeing a break down it is not possible to be sure what the burn rate might be month on month.
I am confident that good news will land, there are three or four high profile games that fit the description of higher user statistics, it would appear at least a couple of these are in integration or beta testing phase. If just one of these is announced the market will respond quickly. If either FIFA or fortnight are secured, the future is guaranteed. We know they will attract advertisers in their droves.
There are too many good people on this board to allow this business to fail. The SP is very disappointing, but the board clearly haven’t given up, JD hasn’t given up and judging by the balance of trades today the majority of investors haven’t given up.

Happy to contribute to helx and count getting a room together...so they can really bash out their frustrations with each other. Otherwise this built up tension between the two could go on a long time...

This guys CV looks awful, I wouldn't employ him. He was promoted to commercial manager only 3 months ago and is already off, you can't achieve anything in 3 months.
If you look at 'StartUs' when he was employed by Sublime he referred to him self as; 'I am a Full Time Job Seeker' that says it all, Bids are better rid of him, I bet he doesn't last a year at Adverty. Successful companies need mainstays not head turners.

That’s right fudge, that why the SP went up 45% that day...the market deemed it ‘good news’. Glad you’re keeping up with it.

I believe JD will pull something out of the hat. The lack of news, particularly as he will know we are all expecting news is, to me, an indication that something is going on behind the scenes. This is exactly what happened before Christmas and a lot of doubters sold out too early, just as positive news landed. Believe it or not but sometimes no news good news. I am convinced when news does land it will have been worth waiting for. All this negative speculation is based on nothing, patience has always been the key to making money on the stock market. Those with a lack of patience pretty much always get the timing of these things wrong, and never prosper.

I would rather have the RNS at 12p than 8p, so I am quite enjoying this rise on no news. I believe the news will be positive, the indication is there will news of a high profile game, if that is the case we could see the SP double.
Of course the SP will fall on results, we all expect that, but it may not fall as much as some are expecting, and it could recover again very quickly. If it is dropping from mid 20's then I very much doubt it will go as low as the current SP, and I certainly wouldn't put my shirt on that eventuality.

We have seen a shift in sentiment, four blue days in a row with the share price rising by over 25% during that period. It's been a while since we have seen such positive growth, and still no news. This bodes well, as news will come, as sure as night follows day. When it does we are very likely to be back in the mid 20's. Everyone on here believe this is a long term winner, even helx, chancer and Bob, by their own admission they trust the SP will drop on results and then they will buy back in. I personally wouldn't risk losing out altogether. Better in at this price then being too greedy and missing out altogether.

Helx is thoroughly enjoying his chosen role as pantomime villain. I can imagine him fantasying that we are all booing every time he posts some ridiculous comment. Pathetic.
This is the guy who claims to have investments in 70 different companies. Have you ever heard of a PI that has a stake in 70 companies...really. That’s like backing 10 horses in the grand national. You are never going to win, when one share goes up another goes down...he might has well bet on the ftse. The truth is he doesn’t have shares in 70 different companies, none of us have. He spends all weekend looking at this board, desperate for the price to drop. Really pathetic.

Did someone ask what the You Tube connection with Bids might be, in relation to FIFA, or am I imagining it?
JW’s latest tweet may be a clue. I do believe Bids are right in the mix with what going on. This looks very positive.

Bobs already lost 15k on Bids...and bought a car with profit. Wait a minute...that doesn't make sense....exactly, what Bob spouts often make no sense whatsoever, and very difficult to know when he is telling the truth.

Jabberba I think someone ought to point out that you are quoting ads in FIFA 20. This is not a game on Bids inventory and therefore entirely irrelevant in terms of Bids revenue.

I still think this has great potential and could be that unicorn we are all looking for. However if you offered me a deal today I would settle for 50p, probably no less.

All that criticism JD had to endure from Bob on a question of honesty and transparency. Bit of a case of ‘people who live in glass houses shouldn’t throw stones’ me thinks!
