I've had an interest in this company for over a year now. It caught my eye after the previous placing just over a year ago.
It is fair to say it has been a very rocky road, too much optimism and it has to be said some unnecessary ramping from those who should have known better.
However in my opinion this SP really must be at the bottom now, there is little scope left for bad news; we know they are not going to run out of money for at least a year, and we have low expectation for H1 results, so a poor performance will not drive the SP down any further. There is little else that could really be negative.
Whilst the scope for good news is immense; Directors have bought in...a good sign? Any news on games, advertising deals or improved revenue will have a profound affect on the SP.
I think it is a waiting game, but our worries are over for now, I really believe this only has one way to go, and I am looking forward to the ride.
There have been those desperate for this company to fail, but here we are a year on, money in the bank and hopefully the pieces of the jigsaw falling into place. Patience is what has been required, and I believe we are getting there!

Bottomzup, you are 100% correct, buys are all showing as sells! I have topped up and it is showing red! Looks like a mass sell off, but it is actually quite the opposite!

I know it’s complicated Jilson, but quite often when NEW INVESTORS and DIRECTORS buy shares in a company the share price goes up, benefiting all existing shareholders. Actually not that complicated...

Yes Jilson, I did, because at the time the SP was 29p I thought it would be the last opportunity to get in before 30p. It did go to 42p, but In retrospect I was wrong. I didn’t lie as your suggest and your point is wholly irrelevant quite honestly.

thechancers, you said funding would be required in March, again in April and May, now you say June...would it be fair today you are still guessing when funding may be required, if at all???

Something akin to King Canute trying to stop the tide from coming in...they won’t succeed, it is very clear bids are going somewhere...exciting times to be aboard.

We might have been wrong to lump thechancers in with helx and Jilson, but interesting how the other two disappeared when the **** hit the fan.
I predicted weeks ago that they would disappear as quickly as they appeared...job done or cover blown, either way they’re out of here!

The SP will bounce back, there is nothing in this RNS that we did not already know. The 140k revenues had already been disclosed and the meagre income for H1 was expected.
I agree that this does seem to repeat last years RNS at a similar time, but just look at the progress that has actually been made.
Great relationship with Codemasters, with F1 no doubt to be added. Their games alone could make a great income for BIDS and it would appear no amount of mud throwing will damage this well established relationship. I do believe another high profile game from another publisher would secure the future beyond doubt.

Old chestnut, they have never bought in, they are not annoyed with JD, don’t fall for it. The Muppets are here on behalf of a competitor, not to lower the price, but to put BIDS out of business. It’s complicated, but they are not here out of spite, they have a job to do. When the SP was 3p they were still going for it. They want BIDS gone, nothing less, and nothing JD has done or said has anything to do with it. By dishing him they are hoping investors will sell that’s all. It’s one big con.

I think of them as hand puppets...the Muppets springs to mind, helx is Kermit, Jilson Scooter and chancers Rowlf the dog. Whilst TW is Miss Piggy, don't want to get personal, but if you've seen his photo...it kinda works!

This must be very frustrating for him though buzzard, he can see the tide turning, no one believes anything the derampers; helx, Jilson, thechancers has to say, they have been exposed and TW is losing control...great drama, but he must learn you can not keep a great company down. Deals being done, BIDs are leading the field and when it breaks out he will have to put his friends back in his suitcase and move on to the next cause.
