I'm wondering if Kistos is being a little bullish on Tulip and gas prices going forward and suspect they are perhaps overstating the EBITDA figure a little for last year. The current TONO bond is at 3 month EURIBOR + 8.5% (minimum of 8.5%) (EURIBOR is -ve at the moment), hope he can improve on that with the refinancing.

So this will come down to cutting costs and future prospects.

So at the off I would say around 200p with potential to run on quite quickly as we did after the initial IPO.

Yes the debt equity split was always the great unknown. I stated yesterday 140-145p, the more I thought about it the more unlikely it seemed (a little too generous), so 155p seems a good place to start.

So the question now is what will the premium be, surely at least in the short term it has to come down from the 67% we had prior to suspension. Would 40-50% be reasonable as a starting point?

Strike price is a guess at a round number close to 10% discount, could be 145p. I have also assumed they will raise the full £191m+/- via the placing (I haven't factored in loans) to keep the original £40m cash in reserve. I have then assumed a bit of a premium that is where the big thumb suck comes in. Who knows what that premium will be but I suspect sentiment will continue and would hope we are above £2 in short order. Too big a premium at the off will just attract sellers who could lock in a chunky profit....a bird in the hand and all that.

Until we know the terms of the placing and offer it is all guesswork. They might even get it away without any real discount (not that that would make a huge difference).

If you think 10 years of experience means you have seen it all, you are sadly mistaken, you are just getting your feet wet. Once you have seen markets for 30-40 years you might be able to suggest you have seen a lot, but nobody has seen it all.

One can only assume by your deramping you are looking for a buying opportunity to present itself around the 10p mark, good luck with that.

Gold price looking a little rosier and anything to put pressure on that corrupt cabal that is Comex/US Govt has to be a good thing for HUM.

Based on the current cash position of £40.3m + £191m and a strike price on the offer of ~£1.40 all else being equal the shares will come back under £2, then we will have to see where sentiment takes us balanced with Institutional Investors taking a quick profit on some of their holdings. So my guess is 175p - 195p.

The problem with newer Lithium batteries is they are reducing cobalt content and replacing it with more Nickel which are making the batteries hold more energy but also making them more volatile. The EV boys seem to be hiding their heads in the sand a bit on this one, I'm watching with interest. Blooming heck a minute chance of blood clots has derailed the Covid vaccine in some countries what could happen with a few more of these type of accidents?

Bushy; 2020 a difficult year to compare but do you think that size alone explains the huge disparity in AISC?

This is unbelievably sloppy, and my broker did similar to me last week over the purchase of three times the share I wanted to buy because their system was a bit flaky.

I have written an opening post but it has not appeared.

BEWARE the gist is the App is not working correctly I have applied twice and have had two confirmations that I have applied for Pension Bee (thought I had made a mistake first time) and not Kistos.

I applied for shares in Kistos via the Primary Bid phone App I was allocated Pension Bee. I have written to them and pointed out the error (too early for a reply).

Decided I may have made a mistake and applied again very carefully, guess what I now have two applications for Pension Bee.

Trying to find a phone number is not easy but I seem to have one now will call them at 10am when they open to sort thgis shambles out.

Quite an informative article from Lex.

Tried to top up this morning couldn't get a quote on Hargreaves, left a limit buy at the offer which was unfilled, slightly p'd off at the moment. Won't pay more than 25p, limit live until close of play tomorrow.

As I said before this shouldn't have any effect on AEXG but small country sentiment and politics can a be a little unpredictable. So just an added potential risk however small.
