Cobus Loots, CEO of Pan African Resources, on delivering sector-leading returns for shareholders. Watch the video here.
That’s a year old Mary lol
Morgan Stanley are tier 1 analysts
They trump peel hunt Berenberg Jefferies by far
We need to see short report
And darktraces response if one’s needed
Not necessarily one of there funds uncovers frauds so I think it’s spooked the market
We expected this tho
We need to see the short report now
Hopefully it’s just opened on weaker results
Any sign of fraud and this is foooked
Look what hiddenburg just done to adani
I’ll give you some news garrone
(This is what it’s come to hahaha)
Sector/ competition related
Pps sold 18 fuel cells last week
They sound more like power tower tho
And the s.p is up 1% In 3 trading days
Dr. Nahab, CEO of Proton, commented: "Although faced with highly challenging trading conditions in 2022, the Company has made further progress. In the year ahead, we are focused on further progressing the maturity of the Group's technology offer, ramping up production capacity and exploiting the current potential order intake and sales pipeline.
"Furthermore, it is anticipated that the significant strengthening of political commitment to hydrogen, continuing to be evident in 2022, will contribute to further accentuating the demand for hydrogen related products, such as the fuel cell."
There ceo sounds pretty upbeat tho even if ours has gone missing

I’ve only ever read great things about are ai technology so I’m confident it’ll do well in long term

Morgan Stanley are tier 1 analysts
That’s probably what caused the spike Wednesday
With shorts having to cover eventually and tier 1 analyst with an upgrade I’d expect this to recover fairly quick when it does decide to turn
Charles I’m not late any game pal I’ve been here since the start
This is a long term hold I’ve just set it n forgot it monitor it time to time
I don’t need to post drivel daily unlike some
Also your comment
Also I guess both shorting funds started above 300 p even 350 p , so they are already in the money …. Watch to see their shorting being covered …then a fast rise to 350 p again and above
This isn’t a guessing game
And no both funds didn’t start above £3
One opened on Wednesday when the price was not above £3
And increased on Friday when guess what…
The price wasn’t above £3 then either
So it would seem you don’t have a clue what your talking about kid ;)
I’ve already said I’d be surprised if the shorts didn’t start closing by end of feb as tb can come back in march
But for now expect selling pressure and probably a new low
Thanks for that
IMO that’s one of the most important posts this board has seen for ages
And to be shot down straight away just shows the level of investor’s we’re dealing with here
I share yours and lendings concerns
Did the first shorter not accuse dark of accounting fraud last year? Can’t remember the name but
This doesn’t bode well imo
I expect the shares to tank Monday
They was coming down anyway imo but this has just provided the catalyst for it
Interested to see the report now as to why they are shorting Darktrace
And for Darktraces response
If it does hit £2 hopefully they won’t be able to claim there bonuses!
But they’ll probably move the goalpost’s anyway lol
Short term to me looks pretty bleak by that I mean the chart have to let it create a bottom and buyers start coming in again
but long term
If u time this right it’s one that can change ur portfolio imo
A couple of % is nothing let the market over react then take advantage
Loads of companies have downgraded earnings where not alone here
It wouldn’t surprise me for abb to buy us out
They could easy scale up and it’s perfect for them considering they’re only concentrating on power conversion now plus intend to do small buy outs over the coming years
We’d be lucky to get more than 40p at the minute tho
https://news.sky.com/story/royal-mail-unable-to-despatch-items-abroad-after-cyber-incident-12784457
Royal Mail hacked yesterday unable to ship parcels abroad
Nft hacked today The attack resulted in the loss of USD 250,000 of the Company's assets, which represents less than 1% of NFT's current Net Asset Value. The Board has seen no evidence that the financial performance of the Company has been impaired.
I still expect a new low at some point but long term this is only going one way
Interest rate sensitive technology stocks have become much less expensive following the past year sell off
Marking the sector as one to watch when it comes to deal marking in 2023
Companies including atos Darktrace temenos ag and deliveroo were mentioned multiple times as potential takeover targets in an informal Bloomberg survey of 21 event driven desks fund managers and analysts concluded last month
A common theme is all saw their share prices plummet last year topped by atos 76%
(1) The Group's primary currency exposures are the British Pound and the Euro converting to its US Dollar reporting currency. For FY 2023, its constant currency rates are 1.2146 and 1.0450 for the Pound and the Euro, respectively. For FY 2022, constant currency rates were 1.3835 and 1.1878 for the Pound and the Euro, respectively
Squad just one thing before you get ahead of yourself with the 10%
2023 guidance was given with fx rates being around 1.20 for the pound and 1.04 for the euro
So the pound is back to about even and the euro is slightly ahead
However both are looking strong and will likely get stronger in the month’s ahead
So fx rates might take a couple of quarters to filter through
Absolutely, No harm at all
Balanced discussions are good I like to see both sides of the argument
I do think kape will do well I had a look at them a while ago but something put me off,
So correct me if I’m wrong but are they growing
More through bolt ons?
Raising capital then buying businesses
