RE: Tens of millions of 2.5p warrants soon to flood market5 Nov 2025 08:58
Let's not forget their obligation to pay the CLN holder in cash (which they don't have) for any difference between the £1.95 they paid for SWC shares and the SP in what - 7/8 months time? If the SP is still low then they'll have to find that money, either by a big raise of discounted shares (so more dilution) or by selling BTC at a potentially lower price than what they paid (destroying the 10 year strategy) They are between a rock and a hard place unless the SP recovers significantly and quickly.

From a quick Google, 96m Ipo warrants outstanding at 2.5p and 9m at £1.50, so perhaps the 96m at 2.5p are the largest issue. Are your figures accurate?
Let's not forget that Tone Goh purchased £40k's worth at 1.25p before suspension. Hopefully that puts to bed the nonsense about deliberately wanting the SP low for dodgy reasons etc, as derampers can't have it both ways and say that they want the SP up and down at the same time.
He purchased those shares for one reason and one reason only - because he thinks they will make him a chunk of profit.
That quotes spread is nonsense. What do you think the trades towards the close were - 0.82 etc? They can't be buys or sells then, as they aren't are either of those figures. Are they b'ells, or s'uys?
Don't bother answering as you are just a sad twat who needs to get a life.
The fake ads are up and running again. It's a shame how PI's will end up getting fleeced by these crooks. Some will make money on any rise before the sells kick in, so perhaps that is ok as long as you aren't part of the problem I suppose.
In such a scenario they would also be liable to pay out a big lump to the company who did that convertible at what - £1.95. Not looking like the smartest move, as some suggested at the time.
The IPO was 12.5p per share in 2021. They then raises at 0.2p per share and then consolidated 40-1, meaning that the IPO was the equivalent of £5 a share in today's terms.
I must admit, seeing the headline I was thinking that must have been a contributing reason for the reason fall. I was expecting to read 30p - 28p or so as a price, so that price is certainly nice for holders.
It was irony Invester86. Similar to when you suggested that the shares had already been issued and accounted for in September (despite no new RNS changing the shares in issue if that was the case) nl
