They will still be in breach of all sorts of covenants, and waivers won't be extended forever. They will have debt ratio covenants, ones based on profit (there isn't any) etc. I'm not going to bother looking them up but you go ahead. Oh no, you will just twist the narrative anyway. The idea that Wood can just go it alone and stick 2 fingers up to everyone else is laughable. You're off your rocker and not presenting a true reflection. You're pretty much suggesting it is risk free at this level as the company is worth more in any scenario. That's just not true.

Most people who are voting for 30p will be doing so because they feel it is the best option, based on risk and return. They may or may not be in profit - just perhaps less of a loss than they think they will have if they vote no, with potential for an RI, D4E or worse.

The share doesn't care what you paid for it originally and all shares are currently worth the same irrespective of what a person's average is.

60million of the remaining warrants are pre-paid, so Mast has already had the cash from these and won't even get 4p!

When the warrants are all exercised then, even if the SP stays where it is, the market cap will quadruple from here.... The SP staying where it is doesn't help holders. To go to £2, the market cap would be approaching a billion quid with the other shares allocated to the warrants lol.

These resolutions are standard with pretty much every company, whether they actually have plans to raise or not. Fine with the vote against though, so just keep the Board aligned and aware. It is only the disapplication of pre-emption rights that has been voted down, preventing existing investors from being side tracked in any future raise. Again, pretty standard resolution though and it didn't mean that it would have been utilised.
