You're not invested, and haven't been for ages. You obviously don't rate the company, which is fine, but are telling me what questions I should be asking? I am capable of asking any questions that I want to ask for myself, thanks. The idea that someone with clearly time on their hands but little in the way of either investing expertise or accrued wealth should be my go to guru for investment advice is pretty laughable, when you stop to think about it.

Duncan, the warrant holders will largely be insiders within the company or connected to the company anyway, so yes, it's in their interest as holders.

The company also gets some money, but massively diluted in the process. It helps the company - just not ordinary shareholders as they proportionally have a much smaller portion of the pie when compared to the equivalent money coming in at 4p. It's only 4p vs 10p now though (still massive obviously) Not as bad as when it was 4p vs 200p though lol.

I thought that quoted increase was the shares in issue for a minute but no, that's a 20 fold or so increase over the year, including the warrants.

I'm glad those who took the risk and held on have not lost. The idea that a no vote was going to yield a pot of gold was never the reality as I saw it. It was also not the reality as most of those voting saw it either, or they would have voted differently. It's better than a poke in the eye with a sharp stick!

A bit more hassle and it takes longer I know, but those buying at 6p would have perhaps been better to have participated in the placing if they are looking to support the company rather than just looking at a quick trade. The company gets no proceeds from this buying in the market. Each to their own though, I guess. Needs some good news here!

Yes, I think so too, after so many previous slips. The consensus for material is 10% revenue increase isn't it, so blooming hard to achieve off the bat anyway with such a big company. It will come though.
