either capita is investable, or it's not at this stage. to debate around the edges of 19p or 22p is based on complete hyperbole, given the sp has absolutely no bearing to a fundamental share price valuation approach. it was worth loads more three years ago, and in a far worse state with rising interest rates and a ******ed ceo.

you're basically just trading market momentum, of which no one has a clue. the budget will have little to no effect at all on the sp by this stage.
