It was priced to fail at 20p, so given the fact this looks incredibly unlikely now, my only question is, why isn't this much much higher already?

Agreed JG68. This will just be traded until the cold hard facts come through (if they come through). I don't think any amount of plans / words / outlooks will see us rise sustainably. AH just need to produce results on the accounts now, and investors (not traders) will react to that.
