As long as update meets/exceeds forward prediction & profit stays intact with solid ARR & customer growth I'd forecast 548 in the following 2 weeks exceeding the Aug 2022 peak of 544

At the end of the day HP probably didn’t do its due diligence as well as it maybe should have when buying Autonomy?

Silly thing is loads of tech companies get bought up and swallowed away which is what would have happened with Autonomy in HP anyway

He’ll get a slap, a fine etc but he knows how to get a startup going & attracts money to make money for many large institutions

I do agree it’s a non story regarding his old relationship with Darktrace & that’s why the shorts have reduced as the company is growing on ARR, customers & profit which is all that matters to investors

Currently the SP @ 439.90 gives £3.07b which is probably why its being held down until they are ready to let it in again

So 475 would do it up 8%

People sell shares to take profit

People buy those shares to make a profit

I'd like too see that last short below 1% as that will move things

As long as they stay on target or overachieve again keeping profitability increasing ARR & customers we should see the next foundation for growth now its has all reconsolidated above the 425 placing. Market Cap is still incredibly low vs completion with the ARR they are doing & customer growth. 500-550 should be easily realistic towards 600 if they deliver/over deliver.
