So pre RNS with results and “anomalies” that “may” need restating

This £5.9B revenue company with solid forward looking pipeline was circ 125p with a market cap of circ £860M

It has been taken down on uncertainty to 46 (-63%) and currently 53 (-57.6%) to a silly value if £364M

Once the review is complete they will either restate the news and;

1. It’s not as bad a a 60% appx devaluation and will get revalued appropriately up towards 90-120p (some 70% to 126% up from here) & if you think that it’s a no brainer BUY it HOLD

2. Its as bad as the market priced in justifying a 60% drop then it’s a HOLD or SELL and move on

3. It’s worse than the market thinks which is incredibly unlikely based on a 60% drop on these fundamental but if so then SELL

Based on their longstanding position as a solid performing FTSE250 company and latest data in the results I personally think the market has priced in the excessive 60% based on risk until we know.

Of course there is option 4

4. The market cap stays so low that a ridiculous offer comes in (or many) to buy shares at a premium in which case it’s a BUY or HOLD

If it’s too risky for you then just walk away 😉

Fact is an update will come at some point

Fact is the SP has been devalued 60% based on uncertainty

Question is will the news justify a 60% drop once the update is out?

Even with some restating of numbers I doubt 60% will be justified so quite happy to let this ride until the news as there may be a justified drop from where they were but a correction to the oversold 60% caution had to be inbound

Even if 30% that still +75% from these levels - happy too wait from the 90p correction from 130p 😇

Put a sell order limit on for 100 and then your stock won’t get loaned out 😇

I think we can safely say they are being penalised for such a lack of communication to the market

On one hand the CEO emails employees but on the other he keeps the market in the dark

Bet there are a lot of internal emails to their investing address of grumpy employees
