Just takes a split second for that RNS to drop and re pricing is done - haven’t be in them all to win

Darling you are forgetting 2 things

1. The USD is very strong over GBP at the moment so it’s quite cheap for rich Americans

2. Rich Americans won’t care about the extra % they pay on a £200k / $250k car - they just won’t or they’d buy a Toyota 😂

Way I see it decision here is simple :

A solid £5.9B turnover revenue company with solid pipeline

IF

You believe the audit will be ok or there will be a takeover offer with such a low market cap then it’s a BUY

IF

You believe the audit will find something worse than the 60% devaluation already applied then SELL

IF

You are too unsure and can’t risk capital then walk away as there are plenty of other shares out there 😁

I don’t think I’ve ever been lucky enough to buy a stock and not watch it go red before it went blue/green. As long as you accept you’ll never buy at the bottom and you’re happy with red losses on paper only but can wait for the rise then having a stake in play is always better than not having one especially if you think takeover offers are in the wings - but that’s me and generally it has worked except for one stock I took a loss on but since April this tax year I’m 119.8% up using this approach. As long as you are in no rush for the cash just letting it ride usually works out as long as your fundamentals are sound. I always leave enough to add on the way down also. There is risk with ANY stock just take educated decisions and generally they should work out 😉 personally I never Short.

I was sitting in Darktrace at 435 and heard all the same from the shorters

A week later I sold at 620 on takeover news @ 42.5% up
