You miss the point Vander. The JV with Scanport, the JV in Saudi Arabia with the Crown Prince's Uncle........they want overseas skills and working practises but want local businesses to profit and learn as well.
The training side of the business adds credibility, added support to clients, a way of networking with key decision makers.....this leads to add on business via tech and MSC opportunities.
Whilst any MSC might have a number of foreigners involved at the beginning, over time, following training and experience, local labour take over the vast majority of the roles.
