As previously anticipated, 116,638,985 new Ordinary Shares have been issued in aggregate as part of the Transaction completion process (the "Consideration Shares").

Whilst WSG has been a jam tomorrow company for many years, what many people fail to realise is with the second MSC happening in practise from June..........it is Jam today.

This Ghana contract is so special because it has required only a few hundred thousand pounds to get it up and running. People, transport, accommodation , set up bank accounts and a new company. No huge capital outlay , no infrastructure to build, no need to wait for the project to be up and running before gaining any revenue. It's just a very nice recurring revenue business. All they have got to do is do their job, something they have clearly done superbly in Sierra Leone . Service the scanners, maintain high standards, allow no grift, ensure top quality security and their employers and the government get their corn. A nice steady cash cow.

A second port in Ghana is clearly highlighted on Page 1 of this brochure, a smaller port, also being upgraded and clearly a target for for more business. WSG would be the natural choice.
Take a look at one of the directors of Scanport, Air Vice Marshall Julius Boateng. From 2001-2007 he was a director of Ghana Civil Aviation and was Chairman of the oversight sub-committee for security, safety and airport operations during this period.

Repsol are in charge of the Kanuku block next door, they are drilling carapa.......clearly , from the above, they and the world need heavy oil.
Note that Exxon and Hess have been very quiet about Hammerhead. They drilled two appraisal wells and had a very successful DST....yet they provided no details. This week Hess has said it is commercial, it is heavy oil and it will be developed...

depends on multiple factors that Tullow did mention...porosity, which is excellent ...pressure, which is high.....reservoir temperature....which is high. Oil clearly flowed to surface as they wouldn't have been able to test it otherwise.

No one has any idea how many drills there will be next year. They need the Carapa well result, they need to get the full analysis from Jethro/Joe not the half baked idiocy that Tullow published , they need the updated CPR, Tullow need to assess their budget.
I think there will a minimum of two wells and I suspect, they may cut to the chase by drilling their best looking Cretaceous play, Jethro channel............and/or Hammerhead extension.
