Look at the Golan Heights, look at the West Bank and look at Gaza, where Israelis are already buying up the rights to Palestinian land.

I like the suggestion that Trump will blackmail China into defending the straits of Hormuz, but he will, of course, be blackmailing us Europeans as well. Why did the USA not give Germany its gold back when Germany asked for it? The conspiracy theory, even back then, was that the US didn't have any gold any more. It had clandestinely stuck it into the market to keep the price of the dollar up. And then the second elephant in the room. They got Gordon Brown to sell all our gold as well. Germany, Italy, France and China , have reportedly the 2nd 3rd and 4th most gold in the world, reportedly - I do believe their numbers - so where does that leave America? Oil and Helium it wants to hang onto, and a currency that could collapse. How loyal to American parents will the US multinationals become if America crashes? Will they all pull their money out of the US?? That would be outrageously funny, even if it happened as the UK sank forever into the Atlantic Ocean.

Do not lose sight of the fact that Israel decided it was time to attack Iran, and the US just agreed to help them. I would describe Israel as an "ally" (manipulator) of the US, but its no "ally of us - because it doesn't need us, except they both do. They have realised they are the only people who will openly defend the way they are tackling the Iran issue. Almost everyone agrees that Iran is a pirah state, but this is illegal (like Venezuela), cannot realistically be completely won, and so has no end game, but is already creating catastrophic consequences. Due to our economic weakness caused in part by the US under Trump's direct weakening of the European economy already, we cannot join in, and it would destroy our credibility world wide as it is further damaging that of the US and Israel. If we were to join in, I for one would lose all loyalty to this country of ours. We should not commit war crimes, and it is against international law, so it's a war crime.

Yes, but its the behaviour of our stock market that is against us. You know we will get another 10% fall today to midday, then it will ramp back up to this level for 2:30 and then fall again. And now that contagion has gripped the US. They peaked 10% higher overnight but then ramped back to meet our closing price in the last hour. If the City of London were buying this, it would be capitalised far nearer to industry norms by now. The yanks will get this at a steal. Our enemies are all in London in that square mile.
