Cobus Loots, CEO of Pan African Resources, on delivering sector-leading returns for shareholders. Watch the video here.
Who would have guessed after all the comments that have been put out to shareholders by the company over the past 3/4 years, we now find ourselves at an just about 1p valuation, with still no updates on where the group may be taking it's shareholders.
Please, letters on a postcard to our group for some information, or maybe we say nothing and sell out as quickly as possible.
I know the option that I would chose.
I'm with Arsenal and many others that if something takes over 25 years, which is where this project started, we all have to ask ourselves will any sensible offer be made when the shareprice is where it is today.
I invested here over 5 years ago and put a lot of money in, only to see a decimation of my shares in that time, especially as I was told back-in Oct 2018 that an offer would be announce in Dec 2018, then another in Apr 2019, as the CEO wanted out, and if you look at where we are today - effectively nowhere.
I don't like being negative, but as with all trading environments mistakes are made and the only people that suffer are shareholders. The people who run the company are still making money from us.
So, at the end of the day, how you invest is up to each individual, but being negative to anyone on a forum like this is just behaving in a bad way. I hope you understand where I am on this and many you need to rethink your comments.

You seem to have still not yet picked up that what you post is the same information from one year ago, and all we have seen in that time is a decimation of the share price. Please see below what effectively are the same comments that were issued in Oct 2018, and where we have seen fundraising after fundraising since. I know that we all sometimes make mistakes with our investments, but what we have got from the group since getting over the start line has been a disaster.

Minoan says Crete project value expected to be "substantially" higher than market cap
The luxury resort developer said the project has attracted a number of interested parties and that it had already entered into a number of non-disclosure agreements.
Minoan Group PLC has said the value of its project in crete was now "substantially higher" than its current market cap of £7.4mln.
In an update ahead of its general meeting today, the luxury resort developer said the project had attracted a number of interested parties and that it had already entered into a number of non-disclosure agreements and expected to enter others as negotiations progressed.
Shares we down 1.5% at 3.2p, and just look where we are over 12 months later.
There is more information but I really am not interested in righting it.

Bigwil7 - you putting out all of your comments does not show to any investor what is realistically happening and with no updates from the board on progress, how can you honestly expect people to stay invested.
When the group got the travel business in 2012/13, the reason was so that they would eventually have a good portfolio going forward covering Travel and Crete site, but by selling it last year, they have left themselves having to continually fundraise with the only possible conclusion to all this being a very low buyout - maybe 6-8p.
So, we are where we are but I totally disagree about 'the tide turning' and other comments, as Greece will still need to make payments to the EU for many years.
Bigwi17 - and you assume that after all shareholders were told 12 months ago that a deal would be announced shortly. And what happened - nothing for the next 12 months, apart from money given to interested parties, Zachery getting more shares, more fund-raising in May followed by a total decimation of the current share price.
Great for those that maybe wait to buy at these low prices, but again no update on what next.
Therefore, my view from people I know in the city, review what I put-in and if possible reduce my holding. Maybe I will go for a total reduction before the next funding is required.
As I have found out, this is Greece and things do not happen in a very fast way, which is why the share price is where it is and no updates have been forthcoming since May. Also, we are still a UK company and therefore given our expected exit from the EU, its maybe that Greece is looking at other options. Only a guess, but you just never know.
I will leave you to decide what you want to do, but I have been selling of late - I just need to decide what next.
You are absolutely correct.
I invested here a long time ago and given that the management of this company has managed to not deliver or tell shareholders what the eventually outcome may be is not the way you expect a listed company to work. Then again, there are other companies that seem to work in a very similar way.
So, for information, all the selling today was me, and similar over the last 2 weeks. If we get a positive update from the group and the share price moves up, I may buy back in, but for the moment I've become less optimistic about where the group is thinking of thanking everyone.
So still no news and further buying continues.
The share price is not down by much but we must all be starting to question, the type of deal that may be possible and at what price.
One concern that I have is that the Chinese have been in recent discussions with Greece and with the new airport that they created next to the site, maybe that can go after the site themselves - just a guess at the moment but you never know. Where this would leave our group - not certain.
Really, we just need a very quick deal down asap.
All - although I've just longed in on this site I have been an investor with this group for the past 5 years.
As has been said many times, although the group managed to get the final approval for the site in 2017 we have gone from fundraising after fundraising, with many of us now holding shares at want I would name a decimated price.
I know that there was an offer in Nov 2017 that fell apart. Since then we have been told about a number of possible offers, all of which we hear about for a few weeks then nothing.
Will we get a final offer. Well the three major shareholders maybe thing so, but when I think about it maybe they will go with a buy-out, especially as they now hold a very large number of the shares.
I've observed lots of the posting for the group on this site and me along with others who invested may just now decided to depart.
Hope you enjoyed my comments and sorry for being negative.
