ORG30 - SNG is ABSOLUTELY NOT a competitor to the vaccines, it is a therapeutic remedy for individuals already infected. The vaccines are intended to prevent individuals becoming infected. But you already knew that so I am a little lost on the purpose of your post. Please explain.
HAPPY CHRISTMAS all Amurites from the Amur Oblast across to London and all bulletin board posters inbetween
Good relevant extract from the Prof's remarks latpulldown.
After 15 years (and perhaps unbelievable for some on this BB) SNG (RM & the Prof et al) really do know what they are talking about. They have lived and breathed Coronavirus for well over a decade, and were on the cusp of a solution before 2020. CoVid19 has fastracked their therapeutic remedy and probably added several noughts to its value at the same time. after 15 years research what is another 6 months (apart from 182 days obviously)?
Top drawer find CrazyTowner. That should calm a few shredded nerves on this BB.
What with the website "crashing" (?!!) and Habib being booted unceremoniously off the BoD (?!!) you could be forgiven for believing Amur was about to spontaneously self combust and vaporise into extinction.
Top drawer RNS from the SNG Team.
Markets only been open 25 mins and we are up +/-25%. Wait until the "professionally informed" absorb, review, cogitate, action the huge significance of this announcement today and over the weekend. I am keener on Monday's price action.
Well said Crazytowner. Tomorrows share price movement could be a bloodbath once a wider audience has digested the significance of todays announcement.
Did any shareholder on this board vote AGAINST the reappointment of AH? Happy to declare my hand, I did not vote, but sorely wish I had now.
British Mike, apologies in advance for being blunt, but you openly admit to not "having kept up here". Your comments are well wide of the mark. Please read the RNS announcements over the last 12 months at least to bring yourself up to speed. Do not be led by other board commentators.
This is desperate news for AMC unless AH can be retained.
Forget his wife selling £6.50p of shares - totally irrelevant.
AH was efficiently and successfully progressing AMC to the next level. Undoubtedly he brought NRR onboard singlehandedly. We all agreed that was a good deal for AMC. As a 12 year shareholder this is by far the most disastrous of decisions taken. And this one has been made by shareholders destroying their own value!!! Perverse. There is no reason why the share price won't drift back down to 1p from current level.
At best this will significantly delay matters, and at what cost to the AMC purse strings (Let's say the lawyers /auditors charge conservatively £250 hour x 100 hours to fix this mess) = £25,000 chucked away because of the petulance of shareholders.
I strongly suspect that the turnout vote was low and those that bothered to vote (I didnt, more fool me), voted with their feet and against AH's reappointment. Extremely disappointed with my fellow shareholders. PS I am not related to AH so no conflict of interest. I would be interested in Sasa's take on this most unexpected turn of events.
As lifted from the Synairgen website. No margin for interpretation here............
"Phase III trial (SG018)
Synairgen intends to commence a Phase III randomised placebo-controlled trial of SNG001 in hospitalised COVID-19 patients, named SG018, with an anticipated start date during Q4 2020."
Lucando you are being very naughty and quite mischievous.
AMC did not make the application because they couldn't meet the deadlines, they made the application out of an abundance of caution in case any additional documentation was required by the Russian authorities after submission. they were well aware that timelines were being stretched due to CoVid. Last time I looked at a map Russia was a very wide country indeed.
Nothing to report so they haven't reported it. Simples.
Still waiting for the £1 party! Been sat (un)comfortably on these longer than most, my eldest was 8 when I first invested. He is now 20!!! Topped up on numerous occasions along the way.................................always averaging down. Not going anywhere until the first pick axe hits the nickel in the ground.
From The East " is anyone else feeling a little nervous ".
You are (hopefully) invested in an AIM tiddler in as remote an area of the world as you could possibly hope, AND that area is in Russia. I have felt nervous about it every day for the 14 years I have been invested. Great fun. This stock will be feast or famine. Please do not blame the Board. Have you ever tried nurturing a company in Russia. Sit back, relax (it is the weekend after all) and wait patiently for the end game..................sometime over the next 36 months.
MD have you carefully considered, as others have opined, that the request for a delay in October was made still with the anticipation that the 1st December was achievable? It was nothing more than a risk mitigation exercise, which one would expect any well run company to have in place, particularly in these CoVid times we live in.
Finncap retain 420p price target post vaccine announcements.
Remember as per RNS.................they requested an extension in October.................it has not been granted
"and we are on track to complete this for December 2020." from RNS dated 24th June 2020.
PLEASE NOTE the RNS DOES NOT STATE "December 1st". It should be any of the 31 days in December.
The transaction (valued at £2.1M - possibly Eva? ) has been processed with a trade code of TNCP or "Non Price Contribution to Discovery Indicators." Does anyone have a scooby what this means in plain English?!!!!
Oxford12 - No sleight intended at all. It is quite tiresome and frustrating reading some of the repetitive comments on sites. I tend not to use the filter facility, perhaps I should. Like you I do enjoy some of the more erudite comments and conducting my own research.
Oxford12. Finncap actually state (and provide guidance) for a potential Synairgen share price of 666p rising to £12-£13. This information was issued on 16th October and it has surprised me that no one else has picked up on this rather detailed 17 page document. I would rather rely on this kind of forensic research than the random thoughts of the uninitiated.
