Oxford12. Finncap actually state (and provide guidance) for a potential Synairgen share price of 666p rising to £12-£13. This information was issued on 16th October and it has surprised me that no one else has picked up on this rather detailed 17 page document. I would rather rely on this kind of forensic research than the random thoughts of the uninitiated.

What are the other COVid19 therapeutics? We all know about the various vaccines given that they receive far too much air time, but are there ANY OTHER therapeutic remedies in clinical trial apart from SNG?

When a top bokerage is conservatively putting a calculated and evidenced share price of between 660p to 1300p you know there is a way to go yet.

It was no coincidence that the following reassessment of SNG projected share price followed quickly on 16th October

"Successful completion of the proposed Phase III study and the granting of regulatory approval would increase the value of SNG001 in COVID-19 to c.£1.3bn or c.666p per share: a c.£657m (330p) uplift on the current estimated NPV."

Of course you can. And for a dealing charge of £8.50 or less.

Punit. I rely on detailed research and greatly value the views and evidenced opinion of people much closer to the action than you or me. It guarantees absolutely nothing of course, but when I read that the likelihood of success has moved from 30% to 50% and now to 70% that gives me an extremely warm fuzzy feeling inside.

I will not repost if readers have seen before the analyst's very detailed workings arriving at a short term share price uplift to between £6 and up to £13, which falls very much in line with some other more "learned" contributors to this board. What I find most encouraging is that from reading between the lines these numbers are quite conservative and with a reasonable degree of likelihood. Keep the faith. No time to be distracted by Irreverents.

British Mike, Are you really getting hot under the collar for a measly £5k? The guy/his wife wants to sell to raise a few quid. Why not? Shares in kind have to be sold to raise cash. It's no biggy at all. PATIENCE please.

Parsley, perhaps you are not familiar with placing transactions, but your comments, put simply are wrong.

"The Company has placed, in aggregate, 45,714,285 Placing Shares at the Issue Price of 175 pence per share with existing and new institutional and other shareholders." and from the same RNS dated 16th October "The Placing, which was significantly oversubscribed, is being undertaken in two tranches, "

It is also worth noting that the placing WAS NOT underwritten. Very positive indeed.

The share price will "free float" again once shareholders have approved the necessary resolutions on 4th November.

Parsley2, providing you have the good grace to acknowledge your opinions were misguided when the share price reaches 300p you will be forgiven for all your prior ramblings.

This BB is becoming a school class reunion 5 years, 10 years, 15 years after the event. We will know for sure AMC has a wider audience when the uninitiated climb aboard and spout guff. Over the years we have (thus far) had very orderly and informative discussion around the subject matter. Yes £5 to£10 per share is too good to be true. Ignore anybody stating those figures.

Sound company, well financed, product in demand (iodine), very slow burner, AIM listed. Everything else you can pick up from their web site. Fair Value probably somewhere between 20p - 100p. Veracity of this statement will become apparent at next interim management statement or financial results.

The share price has been played faster than a fiddlers elbow for months now with hundreds of trades of no significant value and impossible to determine what is a buy or sell. We do not know why. But there is a reason. Today's news is consistent with what Habib has brought to the party. Whether it is as good for PI's aswell as himself only time will tell. Significantly it does take AMC forward with a cash generative wholly owned subsidiary. This should widen the net for potential t/o in due course. What I find most encouraging is the confirmed involvement of Glencore. Clearly we can now see where AMC's nickel/copper offtake is heading later this year. 93 days before 1st December. More RNS's to follow in the interim will generate tabloid news.

Chances are it will be Plena selling down the warrants they converted at 1.43 pence recently. They are not long term investors, just short term financiers, taking profit out of the warrants. Makes sense. Probably a bit more to follow, which will leave them with 11m warrants.

What can you determine from this data? I live in Jersey and am a Synairgen shareholder so not going off topic? But curious to better understand the significance. Tnx
