Glad its relisting but i too will be down on open. Decided to completely ignore my shares for the foreseeable future and hopefully have a look next year to feel good about this punt. Wouldnt do a rto again. it means that those who buy on relisting likely to get a much better deal that us, despite 19month wait

Hi I just read this and was an investor for nearly two years. The Senala project was set up prior to the name change to Orr in 2018 (think thats right) The deal with IAG was already agreed by then and all Orr can do is wait for them to complete the JV as they have no control over them. In fact unless anything has changed, IAG wouldnt even tell Orr the results of their digs

Someone has said that Tim has skin in the game, yes he does but he has taken shares instead of income based on a full time post, yet he has positions in other companies. It doesnt matter to him if this takes a year or five.

The asset is massive, the timeframe is as long as a piece of string. If you can put these in the bottom drawer and top up on any dips, long term, it will be great investment. In the meantime its trader fodder. BEst advice i can give is sell bits on the rise and use it to buy more stock on the dip GL

Im not a he and im not blindly just adding something - i have an opinion but have avoided looking at this BB for a while because i try to keep away from negativity of which there is plenty on this board at present

Sorry guys not been on this board for a while - I might not have used the right term. It was unable to search for Bou on IG to add to a watch list for over a year. About 2months ago i searched and it had appeared again. It is now available to add to my IG watchlist, whereas for a year it wasnt to be found. Maybe this is an error in Ig database but i doubt it - im still going with Accustem - they too are taking an age to list - maybe im adding 2 +2 and making 5. Only time will tell

As i said - Bou Opportunities have returned to the shares register - Do you think that they have done this for a laugh? There is a cost and their time involved. If they were going to run away with the cash, could have done that without continuing to do anything.
Whilst you feel the need to worry and not feel positive, i have a different way to deal with it until the true situation is known.

We all knew the risk when people invested in this RTO and should have only invested what you are prepared to lose, as nothing was certain from the outcome and this was a high risk investment.

I understand lots of people are frustrated with the long delays with this RTO and for those of your in really heavy, that this must play with your head daily and feels like torture - Im frustrated too. But can i ask a question? Has anyone here ever undertaken a complex RTO and know what it takes? Have you thought that the reason there is a delay is because this RTO is so good, the bod have decided to wait for the other company to get their ducks lined up and it is that which is causing the delay? I honestly think its getting close, the fact that the share is back on our portfolio tells us that something is happening. I bet they are as frustrated as us. AG doesnt need our money hes got a fecking gold mine and if you see how the cost of gold has increased since this RTO started, its probably way over what we all accumulatively have invested in this deal.
If the company that we will RTO is already trading and any sniff of finding out prior to completion would have an effect on the sp of the other company would result in the deal changing or falling at the last hurdle
Someone below said they had spoken to one of the team and was told we are very lucky to be in this RTO - im going to have faith in that and keep patience for this last push... I guess Its a bit like having a baby, last push the hardest but once the baby (RTO) is born - all that pain is forgotten and all parties are filled with joy - this is what im trying to imagine - have a good weekend all and keep the faith

Somethings happening guys

Hello all - i too have been waiting for Bou to announce who the company for the RTO. I just wanted to add that i have a friend who has worked in M&A and when i was having a moan whats happening here was told that these deals are incredibly complex and that he has been involved in deals that have taken nearly two years to pull together. He also thought that the rns in terms of being told that it still moving forward is positive. All my mates said was to learn from this experience and never put money into stocks like this if im not prepared to wait for everything to be signed up

Newcastle Premier Health Covid-19 Screening Programme



The Company announces the first commercial use of its Onsite ID app in partnership with its occupational health and wellness partner, Newcastle Premier Health Limited ("NPH").



NPH has completed the initial screening phase of its Access Control Programme for its customers. Onsite ID performs an integral part of the overall programme that helps businesses get employees back to work safely. Individual Covid-19 test results are set to be entered into the Onsite ID app which then will be used as a digital passport, enabling the users to share their Covid-19 status in a secure, immutable and GDPR compliant manner when meeting clients in person.



NPH's Access Control Programme is currently in progress and is expected to complete in the next three weeks. This will provide the Company with a useful case study for further sales and marketing activities.

So anytime now there should be some results and feedback from their new company

Whilst i do agree with some below as sp can get pumped, news should be due soon and people maybe taking position - im a little underwater so will welcome news or even a pump as this stops the sp from bucketing which knowone wants

I doubt if the BOD is living off sh money - most of them are multimillionaires. Due dilligence to rto with another company, takes forever. The Tils rns explains - delay due to covid, need to ensure that the tax credits can be transferred to the new company. Getting two companies to align their businesses to make one legally, share options takes time. We are all frustrated but i trust AG for some reason, this will come good and i for one feel quite excited that it could be Tils.. We will get shares in a company that on sale of the stemprinter will be worth around $1.2bn mark - all we had to do is put our cash in and .....wait having faith that it will come good GL all

Im in Bou and it was the same there - people dont want their cash tied up for potentially months. The tax losses alone is valuable to anyone who wants to list on aim, never mind the IP and all the research gone in so far. This guys call Bobby - remember the other guy on here whose now disappeared Scott - maybe BF is Scott, different name, same job!
