My strategy is to not tie up anymore funds on a stock that currently doesnt have a direction. I there is only 1product to be commercialised, it doesnt have sufficient mcap to warrant a ramped shareprice and they will need to raise again (as they ahve already stated) Im stuck, im 75% down after avging down twice in the hope that the sp will rise eventually.. Need to see figures. Its like dealing yourself a "go to jail card" and your waiting for the 6 the bod roll when they make their move.
if its not a positive move or they raise again, you have then ****ed more funds up the wall..
We all have our strategies, clearly you have more money than me and can wait an unlimited timeframe taking a bigger risk, i cant
My feeling is and i stress its only my feeling is that it is someone who is only allowed to purchase 29.9% of all stock. Then i think the sp will move. Ive been watching another stock for days and each time it rose, it was beaten down. Today i realised it was the other way round, small sellers bought up by a large investor..i think this is where we are ... time will tell.I will buy more and avg down when gdr show their hands and the decline stops
Think theres a lesson to be learned here I think? - which is the only positive thing i can take from it. im 73% down i will NEVER hold a stock when it gets more than 10% down in the future. in the meantime, i have to dig myself out of this **** (sorry, company thats on this cusp of commercialising its products)
40p is your perception of a good deal, it may not be someone elses. Cytiva and Beckman have been working "closely" with GDR for a while now. The work was undertaken between them. Maybe Beckman wont push gdrs test without a cut of sales? I think we will find out soon enough i think.
Everyone seen this?

I have said for a while now that i believe this is a takeover bid. Someone mentioned that the placing had a caveat that 29.9% is the maximum that could be accumulated. i feel this is to let someone in ..who knows maybe its Beckman? these are just my thoughts based on what ive found on the net
