I am totally confused here. The hearing last Friday was about our counter-application to dismiss Illumina’s 321 patent infringement suit on the basis of abuse of legal process. On Monday there was a judgment but radio silence. Now we have consequentials and further arguments tomorrow. I just want the BoD to tell us what is going on because we can speculate until the cows come home!

Why did the official reply not mention the ‘judgment’ on Monday? That was either a gross oversight or totally misleading.

Totally agree, the focus seems to be coming off Choco and on to Mankayan/Eureka. Let’s get Choco into production as a priority and work on the others at the same time. The RNS today was a waste of time and money, what is the Company paying these people for? We need actions, not words. Why is it taking so long to negotiate an asset deal for Choco? Unbelievable.

So it’s the judgment tomorrow! That will prompt feverish speculation in the morning! It didn’t take long to hear the case? Last July it took three weeks to hear three patents so one day to hear one patent seems short but interesting? Are we on the verge of a breakthrough?

Was the trial just scheduled for 1 day or is there more next week? Sorry to ask, but can’t find it on my iPhone!

Thanks flipper, we all share the pain and are in it together! I can’t understand the drop because as you say we know the downside from the form of order hearing and that does not mean annihilation for us, which is what the downward death spiral in the share price is suggesting. I know I’m hysterical (!) but the BoD has to put an end to this suffering, it has been going on too long. If Illumina won’t settle we have to ask the judge to decide it for us. That is in the best interests of the company and that is the primary duty of directors. Do you f*%&ing job, Board of Premaitha.

There should have been some communication from the BoD about the hearing. I agree the further drop to an all-time low seems strange but investors are worried about further bad news from the courts and the communication black out doesn’t help. This purgatory has to end. The BoD must be exhausted like us all and clients will be getting twitchy feet. We have to settle. Come on TF, help us! Does anyone know when these 50p options expire? I know there was a 5 year time limit but when did they start?

Was I wrong to expect an RNS this morning about the court hearing? Maybe one later to say we have settled on the steps of the court and this excruciating nightmare is all over!!!

Same judge as well I think? Good or bad? Probably the latter!

Don't the law courts publish when hearings are scheduled to take place? I think someone posted well in advance when the July 2017 hearing was supposed to take place? Does anyone know where to get this information? We know it's March 2018 from previous announcements so surely the Board know when it is exactly now and should tell us? It's not as if they're going to get a call on the day to say "Wakey! Wakey! We hope you're ready, the 321 hearing is in 2 hours!"

Yes, he has managed to hold on to his job and even gain a promotion in the face of compelling evidence that he is a useless waste of space and an epic windbag! Positive for him, not BZT!

Thanks so the BoD just need to pull their finger out and either agree a deal with Illumina or ask the judge to impose a settlement. I hope they have given Illumina a deadline of the 321 hearing or they will ask the judge to settle it.

Why are we still falling? We know issue affects only UK and EU. EU may not be an issue given competition enquiry. UK represents small and declining % of sales. We are growing fast in all other markets. Judgement seems to let us know what the costs of losing an appeal will be and any license fee to pay, which don’t seem unmanageable with TF support. Is this concern about TF support? A vote against the BoD? Worry this will go on and on and Illumina will not rest? Total disillusionment from existing shareholders?
