You can never tell with a tender, all you can be is confident. Being whittled down to the last three would indicate that there SAT are being seriously considered, but you never know.

One thing that stuck out to me was that there is £20m tender (plus a further £10m) that is due to be awarded on the 22nd of September, providing internet infrastructure in Yorkshire. They are down to the last three and believe they are well placed to win. Im surprised I have seen no mention on this board or others, perhaps those who did attend are quietly increasing their shareholding as I have been.
