Am gonna check out of here for a few weeks - reading some of the messages here are more stressful than reading amit’s bs - literally nothing anyone can do anyways.

I don’t think there’s any harm in contacting them to ask if there is money they are holding in escrow related to Cloudtag. The more of us that do it the more chance we’ll hear something. This is the first time he’s mentioned any name of a 3rd party involved in the transaction. Don’t you think it’s worth asking, even if it might be considered a long shot?

So there was another update - upside / b3ast called it wrong. Surely if we get a confirmation from CIBC that there is escrow money sitting there then that’s our 3rd party source confirmed? Amit’s thrown us a bone there imo. Let’s tap them up.

This really could multi-bag on fumes (it did a 1 day 100% a few weeks back before dropping back) - hoping the long-awaited update blows it out of the water. Easy loading right now.

I just don't see why you'd throw in the towel now instead of waiting a final couple of weeks. Second to last update (12-Mar-24) said:

'Due to the intricacies involved with this transaction we are anticipating that all shareholders will have been contacted by the end of this week wherever possible.'

This clearly hasn't happened - so i'll totally agree with you that if haven't received broker contact say by Easter, then it's looking very unlikely to ever happen. That is the best you'll get from me. ;D

I'm simply of the opinion that it's almost come to a head, with there still being greater odds of a positive outcome than a negative one; predominantly based upon the corporate updates (which is the only evidence anyone has to use). you've not demonstrated any patience over these last few weeks at all. keep calling your broker every five minutes, or you know, just wait a few more (final) days. Either way, i'm staying chill.

Couldn't agree more pikey - amit's given us 4 updates in the space of 2 weeks re this payment. He's clearly trying to get it sorted.
