Hm that's only been the trend in recent months. Used to be giant periods between any sort of update - why do you think that's changed when he could just have stayed silent indefinitely?

I'd also add - this board was just as silent in those times vs the mild hysteria on both sides of the coin now. all very interesting. happy to still be holding what i'd previously written off as a loss - nothing more to lose, everything to gain.

Amit isn't selling any of his shares. People are only offering to buy more shares from other shareholders with the same viewpoint as you - i.e. those who don't think this will come to fruition.

If amit's said that overall a payout of circa $0.28 per share is being made (which he has), why wouldn't holders that don't at all believe this news just sell their shares to others for less than this sum now?

Note: I issued a complaint to both the FCA & SFO about Bidstack over the last few days - figure the more pressure we put on them, the more chance of some sort of result - even if it's just draper not keeping the company.

New (ambitious) owners / removal of debt / clean slate - price at all time lows. higher risk / reward ratio right now.

Fog - I think it's fraud straight up, but i'll probably fire one off to the fca too to ask to investigate. The more heat the more chance of consequences.

I'm not comfortable posting my wording / redacting personal info. It didn't take me long to do & I think makes more sense to have different views / phraseology shared on why JD & the administrators have fraudulently stolen Bidstack away from loyal shareholders.

helx 1 is an un-intelligent troll account - inspiring me enough to create helx 2 as a counter (definitely a TW bot).

Girdz has been proven as a one-share wonder - trolling his own investment the whole way down - well done, you must be really happy with the result. It's amazing what a bit of diversification of a portfolio can do to recover any losses - you'd be a fool to stick it all on AIM.

Formal complaint re Bidstack + administrators' behavior issued to the SFO today - it's the least that should be done to investigate what has actually transpired here - zero belief in all efforts having been made to 'find a buyer' - selling of the IP alone would have obtained a respectable recovery for shareholders - hopefully the bigger players are exploring legal avenues with the clout they should be able to muster / fund. I recommend more of us do the same to pile on the pressure re the seemingly fraudulent behavior and malpractice that has gone on. Easy enough to do + there's a clear case to be made.

Still cannot belive helx & girdz were ultimately right - credit where credit is due - but it also goes to show how ugly, un-intelligent trolling actually has the reverse effect on a number of PIs (myself included) who may have listened more keenly if 1. you were more reasoned & polite in your negative opinions & 2. you stopped admitting you were still invested in spite of your clearly negative views. Can you please have a re-group with TW and figure out your strategy on the next one? ffs lol
