Yup - holders are aware of the inconsistencies (re payout timings) further to the 22no. corporate updates since Oct-23 (vs the handful of updates across the prior 6 years).

hey - even Amit's aware: 'The Company remains under strict non-disclosure agreements. It will not comment on social media speculation or misinformation. It regrets previously providing information on timescales in good faith that have not transpired'.

But i guess it's all just hearsay until the payment drops...

Hm well i expected a pivot from the new leadership team but presumed it'd still be in energy..! happy with the update even if the details aren't bottomed our just yet - hopefully they can sniff out a good location and/or partner - value of gold looks set to increase significantly over the next decade - all to play for.

1) why does time matter? if he's done it on multiple occasions previously then surely the number of years between each is irrelevant?

2) you assert amit didn't do anything with respect to biosesnse and yet ended up with £88m - more money than his brother who was apparently 'the brainchild'? lacking intelligence? hardly, definitely not lacking any shrewdness.

3) well all you have to do to answer that is look up the shareholder split for biosense / others. please don't make me do all the hard work for you.

4) the only point i'll give you credit for - the comms side of the sale news has been very poor - clearly not amit's strong-suit. But as he has re-qualified (+ apologized) - the sale is happening first payout to arrive very shortly.

Again, the evidence for greatly outweighs the evidence against.

You can belittle him all you like but he's telling us again that's sold another company, this time for $275m+ - payment to follow in due course. If you hold ctag shares you're going to get a payout - just need to continue to be patient - if you don't hold any, then why on earth are you still posturing here?

written evidence from the ceo of cloudtag on the cloudtag website (that the deal is very close to conclusion) is a primary source of evidence. Leaning on your evidence 'that nothing has actually happened yet (because you can't see it) is akin to stating that 'Wednesday will never again happen' because it's only Tuesday today.

biosense & impulse dynamics were founder by amit & his brother - both selling for $424m & $125m respectively with amit laking the largest cut from the former = more primary evidence of past success at creating a company, a product + executing large sales & therefore delivering value for shareholders.

Again I ask you - why is your evidence stronger than this evidence?

Presumably you’ll go onto cite a number of missed deadlines and the fact ‘that it hasn’t happened yet’ as the primary drivers.

I would argue that the website statements + amit’s past record in major company sales form a stronger argument overall.

I happen to think the narrative that he's told us in consequent updates from the time rings true - he even embarrassingly (for him) admitted he's messed up on his statements regarding timescales which he didn't have to do. still very positive here.
