10th June 2024

The Company is pleased to advise shareholders that following an in depth review over recent weeks, the compliance process has now been approved by the regulator.

The initial tranche of notifications will be sent by the paying agent to shareholders holding paper certificates issued by the Company by Friday 14th June 2024. After these shareholders have received their notifications, all brokers will be contacted.

The Company extends its gratitude to its loyal shareholders for their continued patience and support.

The Company remains under strict non-disclosure agreements. All further updates will be published on www.cloudtag.com.

i.e. Notifications will be issued to shareholders holding paper certificates issued by the company only by COB today. So if you don't hold paper certs issued by the Company - don't expect anything by the end of the day. Anyone that does hold paper certs that gets notified, please feel free to pipe up on here. We had 4 on here who declared that they held paper certs (although notably, these weren't all 'directly from the Company' (instead via Computershare) - so make of that what you will).

Hm - good news it would appear / at least he's still talking to us.. - although timescales are still pretty open...

Does anyone contributing to this forum hold paper certificates i wonder? Would be good to hear from the minority that notifications have been received by cob Friday.
