Hi monoco sarantel has had 3 main customers over the years, general dynamics who have been field testing a number of rugged radios known as the joint tactical radio system has come up with 2 radios called rifleman & manpack and have contracts with the military for these recently, the sarantel antennas should be used in these. thats one possible customer the others are thales the massive french military supplier who sarantel have supplied in the past and harris corporation who are chasing sarantel for a loan guarantee for the hsbc loan of £2.000.000 they have also got massive contracts for communication equipment . so if the administrators can work something out of this lot then there is a fair chance that things will be ok. x cap brokers rate this as a buy still. you can find information on the company websites and some bits on wikipedia .its a waiting game imo not what some people think .

There might be some news shortly as there is another application for field radio tests in the U.S. by General Dynamics who were using Sarantels antennas last time but their equipment needed upgrading .If the previous tests had been positive then there would have been a continuation of the previous order but much larger. These trials start early in July.
