Why are people trading on lse @ these prices if it is a mistake.

The price @ present is 0.460 there is a question about the dilution end figure. My shares have been divided by ten , can't access brokers sight to deal to get difinitive figure.

What price now ,can you half your losses / can a 0.03 turn into an 0.06.

There is a meeting today at 10.00 relisting outcome decided .

The final figures look like the value of the shares you hold now will be divided by 20 if the re-listing is 0.03 that means if you held 1 million original shares @ 0.06 worth £600 the nominal value will be £30.00 not good.The choice to invest in the new board has an advantage that with no debt and a deferred tax credit of £8.1 million there is room for optimism with such a tax break.A speculative buy that may just come good.

You need to be patient here you can have 3 outcomes , it could come in @0.03 to weigh in with the 500,000,000 new shares or an average of old & new shares around 0,04 . The other possibility is that it will do a 3DR and go to 0.015 which IMO would be a big buy , the shares you have in at the moment might look hammered but if you bought in at 0.015 you could easily treble what you have for only £500. The history of other shares similar to this 3DR / Afriag hit 2p recently work that out Monoco about 13 times your investment around £6,500 for £500 , As I have said in some of my posts horses for courses . Same directors.

Hi Monoco ,I have information about the corporate action ,the shareholders will receive a circular shortly about the share restructuring on the table it is just a matter of voting for the motion .don't worry about it.The shares will be subdivided and redesignated and consolidated you might not understand this but thats how it will pan out the alternative is a no brainer. This might be a good buy if lithium is in the picture the big thing is for energy storage which is a priority now along with smartgrids ,Ceres had a massive jump in price . Glad to see some informed posters like your self & GedW makes it more interesting .

Hi sage Dave Lenigas is a prime mover here with Donald Strang both are directors of Afriag plc who are an expanding company and are picking up a lot of contracts internationally ,Dave as you probably know has a number of other companies on the go , and contacts in Africa ,Lohnro , a bit of Fastjet , Lenigas. etc. Also there is links with the shareholders of both companies Evolve have history . Ali Mortazavi and Michael Hennigan and Hargreave Hale I would expect will be investing more now that Sarantel Ltd have moved on . I had some Cyan but sold in 60 s it is back to a realistic price now to buy.

Looks like a similar pathway to 3DD/3DR/Afriag PLC. and also guess who the two new board members are :David Lenigas and Donald Strang the directors of Afriag PLC. Those doubting this new strategy of the change of classification to an investment company want to check back at what Afriag was worth at one point December2012 0.15 it has been as high as 2p + recently, if that happens here and you miss out it would be a big mistake.

Rerganisation , chance for doubting thomases to bail out ,goodbye .
