Maruwa ceramic & electronics component manufacturer , it is expected the move will expand Maruwa's manufacturing work at Ashford in Kent. The deal had a number of complexities and required significant negotiations ,especially to the intellectual property aquired . It is not clear what the outcome is on this matter , if the parent company Sarantel Plc retained any of the intellectual rights ,licences or agreed loyalties.

Probably a connection of some sorts with Sarantel plc but not any information available at moment , the technical side may require assisted set up and advice at new factory from Sarantel ,will try to find out more .

Japanese company Maruwa has aquired Sarantel Ltd + plant ,machinery ,intellectual property and are going to set up at its European headquarters in the Orbital Business Park Ashford Kent.

If you look up OpenCorporates it is a very good database you will find the company numbers Ltd is 03960217 and Plc is 05299925 . Godfrey Shingles is a top man he also has directorships in other companies plus links with Arm Holdings. So the Sarantel technology is available in many ways.

Sarantel limited is in administration ,Sarantel plc is active although delisted. They are separate companies with separate addresses and different company numbers.

Hi Monoco thanks for information affirming that the website will be active again that means there is still ongoing communication and they can still spend money ( probably £100 ) The redundancies are probably stand downs until PCW restructure the business side , the technical side might be excellent but they need a strategic monetary policy as well and I think we have some very astute shareholders in that department .I hope your move goes ok and that it does turn round quiet soon I could do with a bit of collateral as I have just moved recently..

You won't get a definitive answer from PCW they are bound by legal constraint at the moment any leaks could be detrimental to the outcome of the negotiations.

Like you Monoco we don't know but this explains that there is a possible way to relist from this position it has been done before.It depends on Ali , Michael & co if they think its worth it ,the company has valuable trade marks that people are interested in .We also have a few million shares in this and others like us so let us hope it is ok . Under this heading Chapter 8 Section 4 paragraph2 and Section 6 paragraph 1 explains this .
