If I have lost my money in Burkino Faso is it material? Not really. I am quite happy I will make serious money in Zim. Niger is not Burkino Faso: the military took over in BF a while back. The military's main issues in BF were that that the fight against the Jihadists was not being taken seriously by the Govt and the French and that the families of the soldiers killed or maimed were not being taken care of adequately. They were sick and tired of the French talking big and doing SFA whilst the Government played along.

Why are you more concerned about BF than I am? Could it be that you realise that things are coming good elsewhere and you need something negative to prattle on about?

If someone is happy to invest in high risk investments, they have to accept that not all of them will work out. I am happy with that as long as the ones do work out, work out well. If the only one that works out is Zim, I will make more millions that you can count even if you take your shoes and socks off.

Anyway, get a life go for a walk, have a decent lunch, watch the cricket etc. England are actually doing okay for once.

I see you have not sought the help that I recommended. When you do you might want to sort out some english comprehension lessons too.

1. Cognitive Dissonance: you simultaneously claim that Burkino Faso is of no value and then at the same time say that it is too dangerous to operate in. If you claim it is of no value why are you so hysterical about it?

2. RRR has spent de minimis on Burkino Faso, I and one other have stumped up some cash.

3. I am less concerned about the risk than you, a non-shareholder.

4. Appeal to authority: the BBC said it so it must be true. Do you mean true as in Remain would win, did win, and people were lied to? Do you mean true as in Anthropomorphic Global Warming, which then became Global Warming, which then became Climate Change when it was clear that there was no recent warming? Do you mean true as in we had a Global Pandemic and we were all going to die? Do you mean true as in AGW, GW and CC have now changed into we are all boiling to death?

5. It might have escaped your no doubt truly wonderful insight but Niger and Burkino Faso are two different countries.

As usual you go on about stuff but don't bother to look into the facts. It may be that Mt Ida coming into production is a bit further down the line but the two payments of $4mil each from Anglo Pacific might come a bit earlier. The payments from Anglo Pacific are $4m on decision to commercially mine and $4mil on commencement of commercial mining. There is no volume qualifier.

If you read the attached and have a look at the map you will that you really couldn't get much further away from Niger and still be in Burkino Faso.

The distance from our (my) main asset in BF is about 1,000 km to the Niger capital. Distance matters. The briefing from on the ground is that it is no big deal.

So I emailed Soma Gold about El Limon. I received back overnight a very extensive and detailed response: very interesting!

Turns out that they might not be restarting production at El Limon soon but one way or another the El Limon mill will be restarting: they have a few ways forward. The royalty payment is an NSR and so it doesn't matter where the feed ore comes from.

Obviously very competent people.

Spec, Tradedesk wanted to know how close Tin Hill was to Bikita: I cut and pasted a quote from an RNS giving its location. Nothing more, nothing less.

If you check the last RNS about licences you will see we have a few near to Bikita.

"An Environmental Impact Assessment ("EIA") is now being prepared for ALR's Tin Hill property, 29 km North-West of Bikita in South-East Zimbabwe"

Banbury, I have been indulgent but you really do have issues. You need to seek some help.

All the stuff I posted on Soma and Juno is factual. None of that is going to move the needle today, nonetheless, they are RRR assets.

I expect that we will hear more from Soma about restarting El Limon pretty soon and Juno is making progress but obviously not as quickly as would be hoped. Juno really does need a JV partner, given its latest cash position is fairly low.

On Soma if they hit their 12k oz target from El Limon next year that gives RRR somewhere around USD300,000 in royalties; it doesn't move the needle but it covers a fair chunk of the central overhead.

Even with a fair wind royalty payments from Mt Ida are probably 18/24 months out but the first $4mil payment from Anglo Pacific could be triggered a lot earlier.

Dukey, work it through logically. For Juno the big prize is bringing Mt Ida into production (2bn+ tonnes of Magnetite at Mt Ida and they stopped drilling because the had so much). Their stated intention is to bring Mt Mason into production (haematite, relatively small and higher cost as a consequence) to be able to fund Mt Ida coming into production.

RRR's royalty is 0.75% on all iron ore produced on the Mt Ida tenements; no other mineral are included from what I remember. So if lithium is there then RRR won't get a royalty from it. However, it might make it a bit easier to bring Mt Ida into production. The potential lithium is on the Mt Ida tenements and so might make it easier to get a JV partner in. From the map it looks like where the potential lithium is won't interfere with the Magnetite project.

Banbury, the way a BB works is: you post what you want and I will post what I want.

The macro environment matters for copper. The copper price at $4,500/t is one thing $10,000/t copper is completely different. As it happens the considered view is that the copper price is too low to bring significant supply online any time soon.

The long term copper price also feeds into our claim against Glencore. 400,000 tonnes of copper at Musonoi and 24k tonnes of cobalt plus the other two licences: $10k Vs $4.5k is materially different.
