Banbury, how do you manage to get everything so wrong all the time?
So I am simultaneously seeking to ramp the share price and manipulating it for a lower share price? Weren't you and Dukey the ones telling me that the CLN holders were in a bind and had no good way out? I told you that the CLN owners were in a good position and there was no problem.
If we hadn't agreed to rollover and had instead demanded repayment, RRR would have had to declare it was in default.
RRR had no headroom to issue new shares, it would have to call a GM to authorise the issue of new shares and it would then have to do a placing to get the funds. In the meantime, we could have issued a statutory demand and seized the assets within the time period required to secure the necessary authority. Any placing would be at a much lower price than 0.2p or the 30 day VWAP. You and any other shareholders should be thanking us.
What it does show is that you and the other trolls really don't understand what you are going on about.
The only reason for rolling over is because we expect good news in due course. It might be this week or it might next week and so on but it is not a year off.
If I was a cynical manipulator then I would have been deramping as hard as you and the other trolls.
The truth and reality is that the DRC cash has been expected for weeks, so has news on ALR and on Elephant: any one of those coming in and the share price would be higher. Those news items not coming in yet is reflected in the current share price.
