The Option Agreement provides for a royalty (1.5% of any gross revenue) to be paid to Red

Rock in the event that iron ore is produced from or obtained from “the area the subject of the

Tenements” (Royalty Interest).

Part of E 29/560 was converted into mining lease M 29/414 on 15 November 2011. In early

2012, Red Rock assigned the Royalty Interest to Argo Royalties Pty Ltd (Argo) and

subsequently, Argo agreed in 2013 to assign the Royalty Interest to APG Aus No 4 Pty Ltd

(APG), effective from 8 February 2013. The deeds of assignment in both cases provide that

the Option Agreement continues in full force and effect, subject to the deeds of assignment.

APG has placed a consent caveat 436559 over M 29/414.

Pursuant to the terms of the Option Agreement, by way of a proposed deed of assignment

and assumption between the Company, Jupiter and APG, the Company will agree to be

bound by the terms of the Option Agreement and require APG to consent to withdrawing"

Confirms as I said that the royalty over the Mt Ida tenements relates to iron ore not solely magnetite.

As to the rest I will take it under advisement but with a pinch of salt. You simply don't understand what you are posting about. "Insider" and "Inside Information" have specific meanings in the UK. You might be well advised to spend an hour or two reading up on the what those meanings are.

Speccy, whoever is advising you, one of you has got it wrong.

Quite often the answer one gets is dependent on the question that is asked and the information supplied.

Nothing that is in the public domain can be "Inside Information" by virtue of it being in the public domain. To be an "Insider" one has to hold a particular status, director etc or to hold actual "inside information". None apply here. For something to be "Investment Advice" in the terms you mean it and for it to be covered by the FSMA 2000 it needs to be in the "way of business".

Just because you are unaware of public domain information does not make it "inside information", it means you haven't done your research, whereas I have.

We are all entitled to rely on information in RNSs, on the company's website, articles about the company and interviews put in the public domain by the company. Including presentations produced by the company. Included in that is the January 2023 analysis by First Equity which does some basic analysis and an SOTP calculation.

I go back and read stuff about a company long before I got involved; hence why I know about Greenland/Cyprus and Soma Gold/El Limon and so on in the case of RRR.

Now be a good boy and go do your own research.

PS as to charges over company assets, you need to look up Companies House. It isn't that difficult.

yes Soma is small beer but nonetheless on a full year basis Soma's plan is worth about $300k ish to RRR till $2mil has been repaid and then it is smaller because the royalty rates is smaller.

That takes care of a chunk of the corporate overhead. Regardless, the $3mil ish owed to RRR , it is an RRR asset and given the choice between not getting the $3mil paid and the $3mil paid, I will take getting the $3mil paid.

Also it is one of the sticks used to beat AB and RRR, so if that is sorted then it is one less thing for them to go on about.

Soma has put the relevant information in the public domain. In its AR and in its updates.

Its published plan is to restart the El Limon mill. The only issue was whether to do it at El Bagre or at the El Limon site.

Soma's published plan is to restart the El Limon mill in Q4 2023.

In English, "can" is not "will" or "has".

For the record ALR can start sales now locally for the stockpile at Tin Hill and from any other production from Tin Hill.

My view is that they should just sell the stockpile locally for whatever they can get and bank the cash. However, ALR has taken the view that they should concentrate on the export market and not sell locally.

Why you think that is controversial is beyond me Speccy old boy. As someone who is an experienced hand at all of this, as evidenced by your own posting, you should know that early stage mining operations change according to circumstances.

How big is "Tin Hil" represents the problem in both buying and selling. There has not been enough work on the property to really know. Consultants on the ground will have 'feel' but ultimately there is no geological model that say xxxx tonnes at y% grade.

For a variety of reasons, including the unknown, IMO the most likely approach is a Chinese offtake coupled with 3rd party mining. This deal (or really any type of deal) would be very significant for ALR/RRR"

Personally I have work with dozens of geologists and IMO the better ones had more practical experience than initials after their name . More years in school means more specific knowledge about one aspect of geologist. I think RRR is right to get a broad based technical person JMO"
