I know a trick question when I see one.. No one arrives on site, plugs his kit jn and is rattling along at full bore day one. The problem is, because you don't follow anything, you don't appreciate how big an operation this is. If they are at 10 Oz per day at the start the week after next, I will be happy with that.

Once at full bore, which might take a little while, if they can get to 2kg per day I would be more than happy with that: 2kg/day is about 72 Oz.

Those are the potential issues. As it stands it looks to me the company is not sure if they have an issue and if so which one. and/or what to do about it. The RNS was definitely "hedge our bets" territory.

PS that was a brief treatment. Another more complex one is over-pressurising the fractures in trying to deal with the fluid loss. It can cause the fractures to collapse and it also cause generalised crumbling in the pay zone. It might sound the same but it is not.

Issues:

1. Naturally fractured. This means no control over the fracturing process. To work well the horizontal needs to be at right angles to the fractures. See Block, no guarantee they have got it right; time will tell.

2. Loss of drilling fluids, using heavy drill fluids. There is a chance that the natural fractures have been filled by the drilling fluids.

3. Heavy drilling muds/fluids. At depth these are subject to high temperature and pressure forming a hard seal on the fractures. So hard that perforation guns cannot perforate

4. Complex geology: there is the possibility that the horizontal is out of bounds in parts and connected to other than the pay interval. All sorts of issues arise, including water ingress.

Who knows? Time will tell. Nonetheless, the RNS was hinting at issues.

Ask him about his bleating post on the Zephyr BB. Ask him about the comparators he could apply like Block and UKOG but doesn't because he has no idea. An issue doesn't mean it will turn out badly but people should be aware of the issues.

As I have said previously, refer to what the company said. When the kit got to the airport, SA customs tried to charge $120k in VAT. Otherwise, start of production would have been April. Not what I said but what the company said and what the company subsequently confirmed.

You either have no memory or you never listed to the relevant interview/read the RNS or you did listen/read but it suits you to pretend otherwise.

I reckon you will miss your buy in.

Dukey, maybe you can bring your massive intellect to bear on this and let me know your thoughts?

Lets suppose that before the 18th RRR announces that AB and Sam are on site to accept delivery of the concentrators and other equipment but can't announce the actual start of production before 18th; what do you reckon the SP would be and what do you reckon the CLN holders should do? Remember to announce the start of production on the 18th production would have had to have started prior to the 18th. If production starts on the 18th, would they be able to get the NOMAD to agree the announcement on the 18th? Based on previous dealings with the NOMAD, my view is that it would be unlikely.
