RE: Morals and Ethics2 Aug 2024 13:00
Nike, Boring Boy has shown to everyone on a regular basis that he doesn't know much about accountancy or mining. He can stay on filter.
As to "smack legs", it is a metaphor. Parents a while back used smack children on the back of their legs as a reprimand or mild punishment: it hurt but didn't do damage.
Boring Boy should maybe concentrate a bit more on what RRR has to say about its assets than me. The "vendetta" is because he has talked bovine ordure on several issues that you expect that any competent accountant would know about not withstanding the fact that he is Mr Super Accountant. I remember well that he doesn't understand the treatment of intercompany loans between a subsidiary and a holding company; doesn't understand how charges are disclosed at Companies House; doesn't understand that the full charging document is downloadable from from Companies House; on three separate occasions he tried to pretend that the charge that was there was either to Andrew Bell through some subterfuge or to his son; doesn't understand the priority on a wind up up. However, you must remember he is only or was only an ACA (though a bit rusty), if he was any good he would be an FCA.
For the record the company with the charge was subsidiary of Riverfort, was a Gibraltar company; the signatory was an employee of Riverfort, as disclosed on their website but it didn't stop Mr Super Accountant repeatedly try to mislead people, despite being put right several times about the matter.
No doubt we will now get more squealing because Mr Rusty Super Accountant has a bit of an ego and thinks he is so very important.
