Again, Dukey the problem is that you don't read anything.

The royalty calculation and getting paid are separate issues. Everything I put in the post was taken from Soma Gold publications.

Their corporate presentation says 8k Oz from El Limon in 2024 (being year one), 12k Oz 2025 (year two) and 16k Oz 2026 (year three).

Elsewhere you will see that they get and expect between 6 and 8 g/t from El Cordero. They also changed the mining method in Q1 to improve grade. What they don't know is the grade from the formalised illegal miners.

In the last annual report, Soma disclosed and acknowledged the outstanding royalty. The reason I know this is that I read the AR, how about you?

The issue is Soma's numbers: their presentation says 8k Oz year one, 12k Oz year two and 16k Oz year three

So $300k/$400k year one and so on.

But they say 225k tpd. Elsewhere it says 6/8 g)t.

On a 300 day year that gives:

14,287+ Oz

At $1,500 net an Oz and 3% royalty that gives $643k to RRR year one.

Which is more accurate? Who knows?

You know why. If Bell cuts the bull5hite and actually gets something right this will have a jolly good run like PPP & UKOG. Not looking to catch this falling knife and find a bottom but I'm after the meat in the sandwich if possible. Problem is Bell is full of the proverbial with, tricks, schemes and slight of hand. As you say looks like he has had his wings clipped which is a good thing.

P.s. You appear to have gone into reverse when it comes to Faso after all your ramping in April ... 😉

Of course they have to find a way of moving stuff from SA without incurring VAT. They may have found that way, I don't know and you don't know. Until such time as they issue an update, we are both in the dark.

That was in April and was only for some of the kit: it would mean moving all of the kit would be £1m+. They only found out when the kit was waiting to be loaded. VAT doesn't get charged on exports. Anyway, check out his interview where he explained what had happened.

Not sure what your point is Nike. AB has stated twice that the reason the kit that was to fly out in April didn't, was because SA customs tried to charge £120k in VAT.

It was only supposed to be one or two concentrators to get production started.

Latterly the plan was to set up a larger operation from day one. When RRR is required to issue an RNS, I am sure it will. Obviously they have to find a way of moving stuff from SA without incurring VAT.
