There is also an element of doubt behind the reason for the blockage. Either it will clear up after acid soak and natural clean up from the flow or it wont because it has limited connection to the main reservoir due to a fault line. The 1350boe initial flow could now be significantly lower after the initial release of pressure or it could be increasing as a result of clearing the mud-blocked natural fractures. Proof of the pudding will be the results of a sustainable flow rate and general well performance data. More waiting and fingers crossing for all investors. I'm still erring towards a decent result with $$$ revenue coming in to fund the next paradox venture. Dukey, once production has restarted I can assure you that RRR will be on the blower to them.

It does say that and it is not completely correct. The Arbitration was settled between RRR and Para on the basis that the NSR covered all ore processed through the El Limon mine. See the various RNSs.

I have looked back and checked previous ARs and that is a standard paragraph that they have used for a few years.

CML is Colombia Milling Ltd. CML is a wholly owned subsidiary of Soma Gold. The original deal was done between Para Resources (now Soma Gold) and RRR. Because Para Resources was a quoted company, they agreed (Para and RRR) to do the transaction in stages using CML as the acquisition vehicle. Para gradually assumed 100% control of CML. The Arbitration case arose between Para Resources and RRR when CML was a 100% wholly owned subsidiary of Para Resources. As I posted in the RNS below, the settlement was between Para (now Soma) and RRR.

Dukey, RRR had a legal dispute with Colombia Mining (the Para Resources subsidiary) over the terms of the deal. They went to arbitration and Para settled on RRR's interpretation.

1. The royalty is on all production from the El Limon mill.

2. The formalised illegal miners are active on the El Limon acreage

3. The El Bagre mine is at capacity and excess ore is being mined at Cordero, as the company has stated.

4. If Soma wants to increase production, it has to restart El Limon.

Valued the El Limon royalty at $800k in January 2023. Now that gold is much higher and restart is imminent, FEQ should put a much higher value on it.
