So back to the real world:

1. Migori, you insisted that RRR would never get the Kenya licences reissued so much so that you agreed that you would pay £1,000 to Christie's Hospital in Manchester. You were wrong but never paid the money over.

2. You insisted that Musonoi was worthless, no one would want it and certainly Glencore didn't want it. At the time you were prattling on, Glencore was arranging to pay $420m for the assets, 50.1% owned by RRR.

3. I originally got involved to fund the DRC and the Musonoi assets. Assets costing some shares, a bit of cash and some warrants got sold for $420mil. Sounds like good judgement to me, old bean.

4. Now you insist that DRC is dead and RRR won't get a bean out of VUP/Gecamines/DRC/Glencore. The big question is; are you about to be shown to be incorrect yet again?

Maybe you will be third time lucky?

Issues:

1. legal dispute about the El Limon mine and plant. AB/RRR won. Each side bore own costs.

2. Kenya/Migori legal dispute. AB/RRR won. Each side bore own costs.

3. DRC/Musonoi legal dispute. AB/RRR won. Awaiting costs from VUP and proceeds from Gecamines. Further recoveries in due course.

4. ALR written down because of fall in lithium price.

5. RRAL written down.

All the assets written down and taken as a cost against the P&L. Added back to the P&L as when situation changes. Non-cash items largely. Assets don't get written back without third party evidence.

Option awards, non-cash items taken against the P&L.

DRC was stolen and sold for $420m 50.1% owned by RRR. BF not written up in value, CDI not written up in value, same with RRAL.

As an accountant, I would expect you to understand some of these things. As a Super Accountant I would expect you to understand all of them. The cash item losses are much lower.

What they were worth is not the same as what RRR received for them. We know VUP unlawfully surrendered them to Gecamines for $20mil and that they were then sold on to Glencore for $420mil.

So how did you work out they were worth nothing and that Glencore wouldn't be interested? All in your timeline sweet cheeks.

More proof you don't understand how CLNs work.

Go on Dukey, tell us about how RRR would never gets its Kenya licences reissued and how Musonoi was unsaleable, worth nothing and how Glencore would not be interested. Both denied by you at exactly the times they were happening.
