Doggie, you are making assumptions and treating them as fact. If you read everything and listened to everything and then did some checking you would realise that RRR has already won that lower case at every legal level necessary, including the Presidential Court of Arbitration. What is left is some signatures, arrangements for payment and some pretty pictures showing everyone there doing the bits that need doing. There is literally nowhere for VUP to go and in any case VUP want this settled too and their share of the monies paid.
