So when we were granted the Musonoi plus two licences we were told by Gecamines that there was 240k tonnes of copper and 24k tonnes of cobalt. RRR then produced a 3D model from the Gecamines records that showed that was broadly right but in addition to the oxides there was sulphides plus a lower interval. That lower interval went from KOV to the west into our Musonoi licences.

The underground mine next door was referred to by Glencore as KTO.

In 2020 Glencore stated its reserves in KTO as 25.8 mt at 3.39% copper and 0.54% cobalt. It had already started mining and so this was not the starting point. So that would be about 1m tonnes of copper.

So as part of the claim we have the loss of the resources in the shallower oxide/sulphide and the lower dolomite horizon. Can you now see what Big G might be willing to pay circa $420mil?

I am not into in a few percent upside. Holding a position in a company like RRR has to be worthwhile: it only makes sense for a very decent upside. As always it ain't done till it is done. Fingers very crossed.

Pumpky, I didn't say it would be in a UK bank on Wednesday. If you read what I said and follow it through, I said the earliest any readies from a placing could be with the company is Monday week. Not latest but earliest. The head of Gecamines is in the meeting on Wednesday to confirm when payment will be made and to make the arrangements.

IMHO readies from DRC would come sooner than readies from a placing.

Ors, unless the company presses the button today there isn't enough time to do a placing before Wednesday and in any case the readies wouldn't be available to the company till after Wednesday.

Why would they do it? It just makes no sense. When a placing is done, the monies go to the broker who releases them to the company when the shares are admitted to AIM. No way would the company get the monies before a week on Monday. Likely the DRC cash will hit sooner.

I have taken part in hundreds of placings and get offered new ones most weeks.

1. If I knew there was to be no placing before receipt of DRC funds, then that would market sensitive information. Disclosing said information would be a criminal offence X2.

2. To make the statement in 1. above I would need to know that the DRC was coming, when it was and that the company had made the decision not to place or not to place before the DRC cash comes.

3. Placings are a decision between the BOD and the NOMAD.

4. Any placing would be driven by more than considerations about DRC.

5. Why would the company do any placing before Wednesday?

6. Is it possible to do a placing before Wednesday?

7.Dukey's questions assumes the only material issue is DRC; maybe other things are on the go? As hinted at by AB in recent weeks.

8. Not knowing the above information and making any statement would be an attempt at market manipulation.

9. According to Dukey I simultaneously know nothing and everything.
