RRR went to legals over it and the dispute was settled out of court. The settlement was that the NSR applied to any gold produced by the El Limon tenements and any gold processed by the mill regardless of where it was sourced from.

When Para/Soma bought El Bagre I told AB that Soma was likely to shift focus away from El Limon. I suspect but don't know that some gold minded by illegals has been processed at El Bagre. It would be very difficult to prove it and in any case would be fairly small.

Yesterday's information changes the NPV of the royalty and therefore it's valuation in any sale.

I expect we will hear more from Soma shortly.

Capacity is 225 tpd at the moment to go to 400 tpd plus requires Capex.

It is purchasing up to 200tpd because it has other supply: ie., more is not needed.

The gold equivalent is 8.1 G/t. The plants produce gold/silver dore.

To make money on a plant you process at capacity:

225tpd x 8.1 g/t is 1,822.5 grams per day. That is circa 64.3 Oz.

Cost $900/Oz sales $2,600 per Oz is margin of $1,700.

$1,700 x 64.3 Oz is $143,320

So royalty is $4,300 a day.

Now maybe RRR can do a decent deal on the royalty?

No doubt we will hear more shortly.
