1. What you are describing is Insider Dealing, a criminal offence. That would be an offence for us and for AB.

2. Read his Twitter feed and listen to his "broadcasts to the nation". He really cannot be any more explicit about what is happening.

3. On El Limon the royalty payments are paid quarterly in arrears not six monthly.

4. Royalty agreements give the right to inspect, receive management accounts and audit; I have some.

5. The Soma report from the other day gave the very strong hint that they were in the process of bringing El Limon into production now.

6. Sale of royalty; it would be valued at not very much without production and a lot more with production.

7. It is reasonable to expect royalty payments to resume in May 25 or April.

Boring Boy, the Sunk Cost Fallacy applies to Zephyr's decision making not to the Funder's since it hasn't got any sunk costs. What the Funder knows is that Zephyr has spent circa $20m on the well so far and this deal gets it 50% for $7.5m of which all gets spent on the lateral. Zephyr has got zero cost recovery on the deal.

Boring Boy, look up the principle of Indemnity in insurance and the meaning of the word "reimbursement"..

The report says that Zephyr has received invoices and paid them. The insurance company has then reimbursed them.

If Zephyr had not incurred the costs and paid them then insurance company would not have reimbursed them.

It is pretty straightforward English. It also says that not all costs were covered.

It may be that net of the reimbursements Zephyr is not far off evens but that is the minimum that has been spent on the well. The Funder is benefitting from that spend at zero cost to themselves.
