No one said RRR had an asset worth $420m. AB has stated multiple times that RRR was deprived of JV assets and that $420m was the amount paid. That is what is called a "fact".

Separately, RRR has a claim for deprivation resulting from Tortious Interference: the quantum of claim is uncertain but the starting point is the $420m. The current market value of the copper is circa $3.8bn. So the quantum of any claim is substantial.
