A few weeks ago, AB disclosed that Elephant was no longer PURSUING an IPO. Why was he able to say that? Well because I told him.

Being the World's Greatest Ever Partly Qualified Accountant, you no doubt have checked the SEC EDGAR website. No doubt you will know that Elephant no longer has an active S1 and is therefore no longer pursuing a US IPO.

Amazing what can be achieved by doing some reading and not spending all day fantasising in sweaty lycra. But as we all know, you have no need of reading due to innate knowledge. You just know and that is good enough..

You stated that there was no evidence of a claim against Glencore: that was refuted and so you want to change the subject again.

Practically no statement you make contains any truth. Just because you make something up and repeat it endlessly, doesn't make it true.

In that case, how can you state there will be nothing left over and the award will make no difference?

Parfett was saying that even if RRR gets its VUP monies in settlement, it makes no difference because it all gets eaten up by existing liabilities. So if you were an intelligent person, you would realise that there are two key questions: how much cash is he projecting and what does he think the liabilities are?

The best way to obtain information is to ask a question: not something you bother with because you already know everything in your lycra clad world.

As to no evidence: the whole point of the process RRR has been going through was to secure confirmation of who owned what and then obtain its share of the $20mil.

The commercial court in Lubumbashi awarded RRR 50.1% of the JV and confirmed the licences were JV property and costs and damages against VUP.

VUP were suing Gecamines and Glencore jointly for the $15mil held at Gecamines but obviously, as always, you know better...... So as always in the face of evidence, you state there is no evidence.

1. The company has to maintain a list of insiders: I am not on it.

2. The company has to disclose when a connected party enters into a transaction with it. Where are the disclosures? Answer there are none because I am not a connected party.

Other than that there is nothing to say Boring Boy (the expert who knows nothing). Anything else is just you trying to look important.
