@RoyGa, all good. Basically a MM arranged a UT trade with another firm for the stock at a price of, as they had been selling shares higher (70 to 75 range), so now they can balance their books.

What this tells us is that this share has consolidated and the MM are having to move small volumes of shares around to cover, which indicates that any buy will easily push this up.

Do you bother to read the trades? that UT at the end of the day was a MM get shares to cover all the buy over the past few days.

This has consolidated and easily jumping up now with any buying, we have reached the floor and this is being bought up

Basically the price will drop tomorrow, because a cash-settled equity swap is a way to gain exposure to the price movements of an asset without actually owning the asset itself.
