2) Stop pension contributions, once the banks go the pots will be worthless

3) have an escape plan, only reveal to a people that can help, trust no one.

This is ripe for a takeover, it would only take an offer of £200m to get bought out.

The whole market is being dragged down at the moment, and with a lot of outflows from investment firms it means less money is flowing around the market.

However this company is unique, has a strong moat, is profitable = an amazing takeover opportunity for circa £200m to £300m

Very easy takeover target for a UEA fund, as part of a diversification move.

Strix have over 300 patents and basically are the own of the whole control market for kettles.

Plus their massive OEM contracts, and their new Billi and Laica ranges, and their robust international sales channels, for £200m it would be a "cheap" plug and play for a fund which could be repaid in 8-10 years.

The zeitgeist of the UK is that the population (both native and migrant) do not actually care about the country anymore, which means that expecting the population to dig in and make things better is idiotic.

the UK has now become a total wealth extraction exercise, this was true of the upper classes from 1066 to the 1980's, however with the American style of consumer culture and leveraged capitalism become the new totemic gods to dominate the culture from 1980's onwards, the driving factor is a smash and grab economy.

This is why billions of £ have flowed out to tax heavens and the youth are jumping ship to Australia.

In practical terms the UK is 2 quarters of stagnation before recession really starts to spiral, and from there, with the burn den of millions of migrants on welfare coupled with decreasing tax inflows we will see the UK collapse.

Time to invest in some rubber boats to escape before the MEA warlords start their armed takeover.
