Good day of consolidation and buying, through the whole day there was chunky buys with small sells keeping the price in line, looking at the raw data it appears that 576k shares got bought today, about £115k worth.

Expect this to start move north now the liquidity has been flushed from the bottom.

Looks like bottom done and major sellers clear. and appears that all the sells got eaten up in the market so there is a hunger for the shares. with the dividend about to start again there will now be a made rush by institutions to load up.

The company is currently trading at half the price of the fair value.

the dividend will start again as the CEO stated in the quarter about to start, which shows the company is commercially strong.

This is 100% why the UK is in very serious trouble over the next 5 years:

All this talk by Labour to make 1.5m homes = very cheap materials and crap houses

It just looks like a very easy and low cost takeover opportunity compare to the market.

At the investor event the CEO provides a valuation benchmark, which is current EBITA of 5.9x, compared to their competition which is 11.8x.

The company has done such a good job of getting debt down and increasing profit to above 20% that they are now looking to reinstate the dividend.

They have strong ESG credentials with structural growth tailwinds.

The company has expanded both its product portfolio and global market.

If you look at the recent takeover of UK companies the whole of Strix is a perfect match.

If a takeover was to happen it would be soon while the share price was here.

It looks like this is a takeover opportunity, and the CEO comments sound like someone has already made an offer and they (Strix) are on the look out for additional offers.

As such, based on fair value, this company is easily worth £250m MCAP, which circa share price of 109

So an nice return on investment from here of 127%

Looks like a takeover is happening in the background, hence why the CEO has been putting out comments on valuations.

expect that very soon will see a takeover bid in the 100 region.
