It is poor PR to miss such a trick when Miles Newman presented. I would much rather hear from Miles that some of the paid bloggers who push these stocks.

What happened to the West Newton rennaisance that David RNS'd ?

On the 20th february 2024 david has an interview with sarah from total market solutions when the share price was 16.25p ; one penny less than today. david stated in that interview that:

' he was absolutely certain an could not be more relaxed about the company an the way it was going to increase the share price. everything is slotting in to place with quite a few rabbits out the hat we are poised for big growth. david has big expectations'

where is this growth in the share price ? ? ? !!

Wo cares about images from the X account...it is the share price I want to see increase.

The X account is nothing but a ramping tool to attempt to suck in buyers.

Most people are blocked by it or can not engage with the account unless you are followed by it.

You wouldn't have flow rates until 2025 though !

when you are told a 'major success' at oklahoma this implies that the flow rates were meaningfully higher than 300 bopd an rather over egged in david's statement

with regard to the dividend situation to award the lowest dividend ever on a falling share price with the board taking bonus salaries was poor taste .

as for the buybacks they stopped on exactly the 2023 agm at 32.25p despite an rns stating on the 14th june 2023 'the share buy-back and dividend programmes continue' ?! the share price is far lower now an i also question why the shares in treasury have not been cancelled ?

union jack all also wasted a fortune on beacon energy as tr1 holders yet theaimcasino clearly believes, like zac phillips, risk reward is in the board's interests for shareholders an theaimcasino shrugged off the losses in his earlier posts.

david also expressed his confidence in the renaissance an drilling activity at west newton this year. we even saw bloggers convinced that this would be the case along with the *****tone flags questioning any one on this board that thought otherwise...

the share price interests me more that anything here an the lack of volume to me shows how much confidence an trust in the board is at an all time low.

Stephen an Sachin are making themselves look very weak by not funding West Newton an swanning off to a pipe dream in Italy. West Newton should have been their priority too.

End of the day it is the share price that matters here an not seeing more well sites or tankers. That has not achieved anything for those that have been forced in to selling on a loss. Even some of David's RNSs expressing confidence in drilling an renaissance at West Newton this year have no value. Buy backs continuing in RNSs then stopping ? Interviews with throwing off cash like a bandit.... an then they award themselves higher salaries.

I think TheAimCasino is suggesting there that this company is all about making 10-15% s ? Besides he just shrugged off the Beacon losses an cares little for dividends. Big supporter of board salaries..

An you TheAimCasino....I am glad you will not be challenging me anymore. My family are shareholders here an I have every right to an opinion after loosing all trust an confidence in Union Jack Oil. Let us see what the rest of this year brings but it is along way to last year's 32p AGM price.

After 10 years, I have just sold my final 50,000 (in two lots) giving a total loss of £6,293.65, with £125 in dividends to come. Can't see anything to stay for now. May as well put the final £7600 to something nice for retirement.

I would like to say it's been fun..... but ......

The one positive is that I can delete UJO from all my watchlists and will hopefully never come across the company, or some of the posters, ever again. Have a great Summer everyone.
